Absolutely the best real estate firm in Raleigh. Katherin and her team go above and beyond. They focus on more than just putting your listing on FMLS. They actually market your property to get as many eyes on it as possible and it all starts with the photos. But, before the photos, you get professional advice on home staging. This place is top notch! Once we had an offer, the team did an excellent job of negotiating on our behalf to ensure we had the best possible outcome for us.
