I am completely dissatisfied with Spencer Properties. I recently toured a home offered for rent.Upon seeing the photos online of this home I knew immediately this was exactly what I was looking for. The pictures online made this home look beautiful and I could not wait to get my family into this great home. I was so excited when I saw this home I could barely contain myself. I instantly knew this was a perfect fit for my family so I set an appointment to view this property. As soon as I pulled into the drive way I was reassured this was the perfect home for my family. Thats when everything turned for the worst. As soon I walked in I was hit with an intense smell of smoke and pet odor. The carpet looked like it hasnt been changed in about 15 years and was full of stains everywhere. As I walked through the home the floors felt like they were so worn that there had to be some issues with the plywood underneath. Almost like with every step you were worried about the floor caving in. The family room downstairs really caught my attention with the fireplace and wet bar. One of the things I was most excited about using. As soon as I walked downstairs I realized the flooring was mismatched and even had a section that was painted to match the already mismatched floor. It looks as if the carpet was ripped out due to a basement flood of some sort. Im not really too sure but something felt off about this particular home for rent and Spencer Properties way of handling home tours and rentals. When you show a home to a prospecting tenant it is recommended that the home be cleaned and at least vacuumed at least create some sort of sense of ownership. I cannot believe that this company is so disconnected with how to properly run a real estate company it is appalling. I advise everyone to stay away from these people because they are not a good hearted company to do business with. If anyone has additional questions about this home please feel free to contact me

I received a full price offer in 2 weeks and my sale closed successfully! We moved here from Upstate NY and rented for 6 months while looking for the right location for us. Our daughter referred us to Misha Cashion to help with the search. She met with us and discussed what we were looking for, both in a neighborhood and the home we were looking for in the Raleigh area. Misha spent a lot of time showing us places she suggested and places we saw online and asked about. When we found a new build townehome community in Morrisville she and her partners at Spencer Reality stayed with us through purchase, inspection and closing. They gave us great recommendations of inspectors and attorneys. After we were in they didnt disappear. They called to make sure everything was going well and that there were no problems after the sale. They continued to include us when they opened their new office and since in events they have. Our agent gave us great advice on how to sell our home quickly as we had already found some houses we wanted to purchase and didnt want to miss out on them by having to wait to sell our home. By following our agents advice and with her expertise and persistence we were able to sell our home in 24 days! Although we ran into some pretty big setbacks, on the buyers side of the transaction, just before closing, our agent stayed positive and reassured us she was doing everything she could to make sure our dreams of selling our home and moving into our dream home came to fruition. Simply put, Jennifer Spencer went above and beyond for me and my family. As a newly single parent to a pre-schooler my home search was emotional and challenging. When we would find a home that I had enough interest to put an offer on I would want my little one to see and approve it first without knowing we were "shopping". Jennifer had the perfect idea to have a mock "Open House" complete with balloons so my child would think we were simply stopping by for a visit. This sort of personal touch meant the world to me during a very difficult time. Also when Jennifer was out of town for a few days Cori Payne held my hand and kept me calm through the back and forth offer submittal process. Since my purchase a few years ago now she continues to keep in touch. Spencer is simply better than the rest!

Jennifer and her team (Paula and Brooke) did fantastic!!! We called several realtors and they were honestly the best ones we talked to. They even made us feel at home and we felt like we were friends or family of theirs the second we walked in which is why we cancelled all of our other meetings lined up. They were eager to find us exactly what we were looking for and went above/beyond our expectations and didnt stop day and night until we found our perfect first home! They even opened their office for fun events like cook outs and more! Great location, great staff and hardworking to find everything youre looking for with your home experience. We would recommend them all day everyday to anyone looking or selling!
