I have been at times a buyer and at times a seller of homes. I have used realtors with whom I have been pleased, and with some who have disappointed me. Carelessly made choices have consequences. Our selection of realtors have an affect on the prices a buyer pays, and the gains realized or losses born by sellers. I admit to having made foolish choices over the course of my lifetime, sometimes making smiles and rosy promises the basis for a selection. However, we learn from our mistakes. I now use only realtors who I know to be trustworthy, intelligent, and energetic. They must also put my interest before theirs.
