When I decided to move to the Valley from San Antonio, TX Cindy Nevin became my agent. Prior to my house hunting trip to Harrisonburg, Cindy had previewed a number of houses which she had lined up for me to see upon my arrival. With her help I was able to find a beautiful home which met all of my requirements and then some and still remain within my budget. She went over and above the call of duty on many occasions including assisting with long distance closing, getting estimates and supervising painting and other details in order to have the home move-in ready when I made the move several months later. Cindy is extremely well connected and has been a wonderful referral source for people new to the Harrisonburg area. I feel very blessed to have Cindy as my agent as well as a dear friend. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.

I worked with Yvonne Pirkey in 2009 when the boys and I bought our very first home all on my own. I was so proud. Yvonne worked diligently with me and never tired. I will be the first to tell you I looked at "many" homes but kept coming back to the one I settled on. Once the closing took place Yvonne never failed to contact me about every 3 months to genuinely ask how I was doing and if I still loved my new home. Regarding Yvonne Pirkey: We first contacted Yvonne around 2005. Even though we decided not to make a move at that time she has kept in contact with us. Because of this when it came time to sell my mothers home our family decided to list the house with her. She has done an excellent job of guiding and advising us in our efforts.We had a contract on the house within 2 weeks of listing. We have worked through the system with her help and our very close to closing pending inspections.
