Horrible! The food itself is great which is why I am giving it a 2 but the staff is HORRIBLE! The line ends up flowing out of the door and not because there are a lot of people but because the staff is so slow and irritable that the line builds over a period of time. Theres a teenage boy that works at this location, his name starts with a D (its foreign and I cant spell it), he is incredibly RUDE and demanding! He was mouthy and talked back to customers as well as other employees! He caused multiple scenes with his rude remarks! The Italian (I believe) foreign elderly woman that works there is also always irritable and unpleasant! Full of attitude. The shorter Mexican woman is about the ONLY one there with a good attitude and respectful! Im extremely upset and displeased with the service I received today and on other occasions that Ive visited this subway! After today my family and I will NEVER visit this subway location again which is displeasing to be because its the closest one to my house. I guess Im going to have to start going to the Italian sub joint down the road! I was going to call corporate today but decided after much thought that I didnt want to further my energy with it. These extremely unpleasant people arent worth any more of my time! If you value a positive day DO NOT go to this subway! Any manager that would hire unpleasant people such as these isnt worried about the quality of service their customers are receiving which is a big problem in such a competitive food industry! New management is MUCH NEEDED for this location!

Wait is horrible. I come here often and it always takes 20 minutes or more to get my food. The owners are always working but they are not friendly towards customers or their employees. Went here with a $1 off subway coupon on my phone. Owner couldnt get it to scan. Owners solution. To print it out and try it another day. He would not give me my discount. I also observed the employees taking meat and cheese off a sub that a customer in front of me didnt want due to the way she was treated. Another customer got a chicken and bacon sub and they forgot the chicken. Their solution pull off the extra bacon that was already microwaved and put it back. That was the last time I will visit this location.

Mainly because the owner declined my use of a coupon that I had received by text message the day before from their home office. This owner wasnt honoring it until the day before it expired. I was surprised that he wouldnt honor it because according to the home office it was available the Thursday before it expired on the following Monday. I called the head office and made a complaint. They said they would look into it and get back to me. I still have heard nothing even from the home office. This tells me a lot about Subway!!!!!

Food was okay. But it is always so loud bc of the bar next door, especially on the weekends bc the bar next door has loud live bands or huge speakers out front! Not cool when youre wanting a sub & your 6 month old baby is in her carseat sleeping & the music startles her so bad she starts crying!
