The Warrenton location gets my 5 stars, Paul keeps the place nice and friendly. Food here is about average for other CF. Hands down best in the area. If you need confirmation on this just go try CF in culpeper. The strips and nuggets are alway large or the size they should. Yes if you go to CF in culpeper you sometime will have to order double because the nuggets and strips are so small. But Warrenton gets it right. I know quite a few people that work there and they seem to be a notch about in service and friendliness. Goes back to the Owner/manager, I see him in there serving all the time and working harder than anyone else. That is why I think this is the best or one of the best ive ever been to!

I wish I could write two reviews one with Larry and one with out. The nice lady that is typically doing expo or drive thru, maybe a manager shes not one of the young teen/college kids but maybe 30-40 is amazing!! Larry is well not a single nice word in the book. I come in 1-5 times a week sometimes 1-3 times a day depending on the runs I make for work. He never fails to screw up my order no matter if I have one credit card for each meal or 7 credit cards. I have lost track of the times I have got back to work and meals and drinks are wrong. He is always rude and make me, as well as friends and coworkers I have, feel degraded. He never smiles. He never even says hello.

Hands down the best chicken sandwich anywhere. The breading is crunchy and covers the whole piece of chicken. Its not greasy and I do not know how they do it but the chicken is always tender. The waffle fries are fresh, hot and good. Nothing is overly salted. The help here is clean cut, polite and helpful. This is an interesting place with attributes of fast food, but also seating and table delivery reminiscent of a full service restaurant.

Larry the manager was rude. Both my wife and I were confused. I thought maybe I had missed something. We dont get to go to Chick-fil-A often where we are from so we were so excited to for it. Typically in my experience the staff is incredibly friendly always blowing competitors out of the water with their customer service. Not this time.

Some of the best fast food. I would give a 5 star but on my last visit they forgot to add a meal. When we went to pick it up we ordered another meal and they forgot the fries for both of them. Then only gave us one fry and we had to ask again for the second. I will acknowledge that they were on their dinner rush.

They have gluten free bun packed separately to prevent cross contamination. The waffle fries are done in a separate fryer no contamination there either. Its the only fast food chain who has gotten smart helping folks who need a quick lunch who have a gluten intolerance or celiac disease.

My husband has Celiac disease and requested gluten free chicken nuggets and french fries today (3-20-15). Someone obviously didnt care because he feels terrible. Its so sad when people cant prepare food properly. Hes going to feel bad for DAYS.....

The service at this Chick-fil-A borders on ridiculous. I dont have any doubt that most of their staff could do fine dining without even breaking a sweat. My order was weird and they got it all correct. Food was also clearly fresh. Well done!

Im happy there is now 1 in Culpeper, so I dont have to drive so far,(to Warrenton or Fredericksburg). Its the best fast food restruant I can find. The food is always good, its hot and fresh. And always good friendly service!

Chick-fil-A is a very consistent experience. This one did not disappoint. A little expensive for fast food, but better than most fast food. Best milkshakes around, but high calorie. Good healthy options.
