This was my first visit to this Chick-fil-A in Chambersburg and it was not pleasant. The customer service was very poor. At the counter Tammy was very nonchalant and seemed displeased during the entire order. When went to sit down Kaelee came and stood next to the table holding a milkshake but she did not say anything. I then proceeded to ask her what kind of milkshake it was and she finally spoke and said strawberry. My sister went to the counter again because Tammy messed up her sandwich, she heard Kaelee telling another employee that we gave her additude. Additude was not given to anyone, my family was having a pleasant day with no reaon for additide. Kaelee is a server and her just coming up to our table and just standing there was completely redundant. We cannot read minds. All she had to do was say "strawberry milkshake". The only reason why i am giving this place 3 stars is because the peach milkshake was to die for! And the place was clean! The employees i came into contact with deserve 0 stars for poor customer service. They were very unfriendly and we didnt even get a have a good day or thank you.

Perhaps this is a review on the national chain, but I am really upset with their changes to the coupon policy. I had won a years worth of the paper coupons at a previous chick fil a store opening and since I dont live that close to a store still have a ton left. To my surprise I show up with my coupons which I have been using for years and with no warning they say "sorry, your coupons are worthless now..." Chick-fil-a used to be a nice place where you could use one of 1st 100 coupons (for a #1 meal) and just pay the "upgrade cost" to a high value item, but now they have changed it to where the electronic coupons only give you a chicken sandwich meal and nothing else. Takes most of the value out of going to a first 100 contest... Seems to me that since the old man died the new owners are going the way of wal-mart. Old man was a nice, laid back, generous guy, new kids are just in it for the money. Wouldnt be surprised if they started serving food on Sunday soon...

As is usually the case, Chick-Fil-A is usually pretty busy. The food is better than most other fast food. They are closed on Sundays to allow staff to be with families (and I assume so that they can go to church). The play area is clean and about the normal size for a fast food place. It does seem much cleaner than McDonalds. Prices are high, but what fast food place really offers cheap family options anymore? For a family of four (two adults and two children) expect at least $24 if you are ordering meals.

Most Chick-fil-A stores are consistent with super customer friendly service and good food. This is no exception. Their drive through is completely efficient and it just feels great to get that extra appreciation and friendliness from a fast food restaurant. They are also great to work with for fundraisers. We love their food, their service, and the owners convictions to run the company according to their values and beliefs. So happy they opened in Chambersburg!

Opening day, the place was packed. But I got my eat in food in under 2 minutes. Well done! Tasted awesome! Update - A year later and still awesome. It was pouring rain today and they had people holding umbrellas walking us to and from our vehicles. We ordered food on the mobile app, only 2 parking spots open because they were so packed, and we still got our good in under 2 minutes. This place is next level with customer service.

5 star Chic-Fil-A quality. This restaurant is one of the cleanest and friendly Chic-Fil-As that i have been to. Atmosphere: Plenty of natural light makes this establishment a wonderful place to eat on a beautiful day. Same great sandwich we remember from greensburg, but the flavor was a little off. It seemed like the breading on the chicken didnt have the same spices in it. We noticed a lot of restaurant chains come to chambersburg and the food doesnt taste the same. Do people around here complain too much about spices and too much flavor!!!

I have a strong love for Chick Fil A and I love this location more than the rest. The staff is beyond friendly and the restaurant itself is gorgeously designed. The food is the same everywhere amazing !! But what sets this location off is its style character keep up the good work!

Excellent service! Even though Chick-fil-A has long been known for great service, they have stepped up their game even more. A bit pricier than most fast-food places, but worth it given the quality and service. One of our favorites, and we will be sure to return! ☺

What can I say. I love Chick Fil A. This is a new Chick Fil A in Chambersburg. It is very clean and everyone is super nice. The food is great. #1 chicken sandwich is as delicious as always but if your feeling a little healthy the wrap is great as well.

In line with most Chik-fil-a restaraunts the service here is always friendly. Orders always correct, and food always delicious. My first choice in fast food! It can get pretty busy but they are always good about getting the lines down. Highly reccomend.

Love Chick-fil-a , this place is always busy . Dont usually have the extra time to visit this location. No trailer or Rig parking. Staff is friendly , food is Great , place is usually clean ,with inside play place for kids, right off hwy.

Great Chick-Fil-A!!! This one handed out mini cookies n cream milkshake samples! They were so cute! Very clean, friendly, and good vs. other locations. I recommend the original chicken nuggets.
