Wow, what a great experience we had here! We ordered 10 burritos for a family event. They far exceeded our size expectations! Everyone declared that they were the biggest burritos they had ever seen. We even weighed one. It was 2.5 lbs! Seriously, we saved the leftovers which will make a whole meal in themselves. For all those who complain about small burrito size... the answer is simple. Just ask for "extra." I asked the manager at this location about some of the complaints about the burrito size variation and she very nicely explained that at their location they actually follow the "portion" specifications, but any customer is free to ask for "extra" (at no additional cost except for meat and guac). She explained that the confusion is because some locations (like Hagerstown) get tired of people asking for "extra" so they always give everyone extra. Seems to me corporate should enforce consistency across all locations to avoid confusion. Overall, our experience with staff and food quality here was excellent. They were all very kind and helpful even during their rush hour.

This Chipotle is one of the few you will find without a line. The reason for that is they are so skimpy with all ingredients - especially meat. I have eaten Chipotle at many locations and none has ever been so skimpy. A bowl or burrito at this location equals half one at any other Chipotle. Hope Chipotle Corporate does something... I see Im not the only one whos had issues at this locations.

Hands down the worst Chipotle Ive been to. Not only is this the smallest burrito Ive had from Chipotle in the last 5+ years, the rice is undercooked and hard, the employees were robots rushing us through the line, and the shameful amount of guacamole for an $2.05 wouldnt even fill half of a Dixie cup. Absolutely terrible. Will NEVER be stopping at this Chipotle again.

Just another Chipotle restaurant the food is decent tasty the seating is a little bit uncomfortable as the chairs theyre bolted to the floor and when youre leaning over the table it seems like you have to excessively to get a hold of your plate thats sitting on the table As for me and my family we would visit Chipotle and not think twice about it the food is great

I love this chipotle ! One , its super clean. All the chair and table are wiped down instantly. Two, the staff is wonderful. I swear they make my bad day better from their smiling faces. Three, most chain restaurants are usually the same , however this one stands out. Ive been to multiple chipotles and this one is my favorite !

Usually a very quick experience and hardly have an issue finding seating. Staff are always very friendly and quick with food prep. Can be a little skimpy with the meat and extra with the lettuce, but are always willing to make the food to your liking.

Generally, a decent location. Food quality is solid but I do recall one visit where my fajita veggies where nearly charcoal. I was already home and hungry so I let it slide. Portion sizes are what one might expect and staff is usually friendly enough.

Very good food. The guac. is outstanding. I read all meat but the pork is cooked in a rice bran oil and its not very healthy. The cooked veggies are cooked in the rice bran oil as well. Please switch to an organic healthy oil!

Always a good place to stop for a quick bite to eat. Theres usually a line, but it moves quickly, so Ive rarely had to wait long. Theres a variety of toppings, and its easy for anyone to find what they want.
