John was great! After contacting several companies late in the evening on a Friday night, John replied via email to begin learning about my needs. First thing Monday morning John was contacting me to see what I needed and if I needed him to come by that day. He arrived early and finished faster than quoted, and was at a great rate for his services. He was the first to respond, exceeded expectations, and did it all with a smile on a rainy Monday afternoon. I would highly recommend John for anything you may need regarding a lock, and you are sure to hear from him quickly instead of waiting around for someone to call you back!

I just let the lock Smith in for our vacation rental so cant speak to the pricing, but the employee we had (I believe Johnny?) was excellent. The locks were sticking and hardly funcional. We had called expecting to have the locks replaced. He sprayed some lubricant in them and there was a great improvement (obviously wasnt trying to sell us a bunch of stuff). He was also a fast worker and super nice. Thank you!

Their service was excellent. I had called two other companies listed before them on Google and neither called me back. I called and was able to set up an appointment for the day and time that I requested. Travis came out on time and fixed the issue within five minutes and he was very personable and courteous. I highly recommend them.
