I got a great haircut first time I went (in July), but ever since then I havent been able to get in to get another appointment. Every time I tried to make one they would expect me to wait 2 weeks before they could even get me in. The one time I did have an appointment set up, the shop was spontaneously closed that day (no holiday or anything). Another time he said hed call me and let me know when the earliest spot was available. Still waiting on that. As good as the product here is, their customer service has made it not worth making the time to go. Hopefully they add a new barber soon, cause these wait times have lost them more that one customer Im sure.

I dont have enough hair to worry about getting it cut. I just shave it all off. But, I take my two year old son to Midtown. My son has been "spirited" when trying to get haircuts before we moved to Wilmington. The first trip to Midtown was not another experience I was looking forward to. However, and I really have no idea how to explain it, my son climbs in Mr. Bryces chair for a haircut willingly every time we are there. Bryce is great with him and my son gets a better haircut than anywhere else weve been. Dont hesitate to bring your kid here if youre looking for a great place to get their hair cut.

Say what you want about the wait time and how hard it is to get in, but you cant rush perfection. Bryce has been cutting my hair for four months now. Every time that Ive been in there and someone has come in looking a fresh cut Bryce has tried very hard to get them in. If you think about it Bryces system allows you to get a time leave and come back. This is so the customer doesnt have to wait.I know it sucks having to get up early to wait in line to be one of the first 10, but think of it as a way to start your day. Hands down best barbershop in ILM.

This barber shop is always busy. It provides a time slot for when business is open, but its appointment ONLY which makes me feel less valued if I dont personally know the barbers.They seriously need to work on a better open schedule for both barbers, its usually booked up fast because theres only ONE barber in the shop at a time. I use to come to this barber shop before they started the appointments, I feel like its ruined the business for me..

Found the place on google and seemed to have decent reviews. None of the 16 reviewers mustve visited on Saturday. Read their hours are 9am-3pm so with 4 hours to spare I walk in only to find out on saturdays they are exclusive to appointments. Not upset but it sure would be nice if they could post these rules online for potential clients to learn before wasting time and gas. Will never be visiting this place again.

I have to say they did a fantastic job I have a undercut that I just recently had done about a month ago not even within a week my hair grew and so I was looking for a barbershop to go to on a regular basis to get it touched up fantastic job had a little bit of a wait but not too bad will be makeong an appointment next time fantastic continue to go back.

Just got a cut as a walk in, the hype about the shop and barbers skills is real! Sometimes you gotta wait for greatness and when it come to a good hair cut, its worth the wait. Clean shop, skilled barbers and good conversation. I will be back as a walk in or make an appointment. If I have to wait I WILL! Thanks MIDTOWN!

By far the best cut I have ever had. Bryce is a perfectionist when it comes to his hair cuts. Ive had hundreds of haircuts before coming to Midtown and ever since Ive been stopped and asked who cut my hair. If you cant get in on a appointment but are lucky enough to grab a walk in spot its definitely worth the wait.

Several hour wait as a walk in, but worth it. Bryce is EXCELLENT. He takes the time to give you the cut that you want and he has the skill to do it. I found him by using online reviews and they didnt disappoint. He takes reservations on a limited basis, which will make the process much more convenient.
