I have been working with Premier Staffing for a few weeks now and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. I had worked with an agency in the past that I wont name, bc I have class and values, but they are nothing compared to Premier! From the moment I walked in the office, I knew it was going to be a whole new ballgame! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful! And then I met my recruiter. My sweet, patient, kind, amazing recruiter. Taylor. Shes been nothing short of amazing. And Ill tell ya, its hard out there in Wilmington to find something. Taylor makes me feel as though she wont rest until she finds me the perfect job. And I couldnt be more grateful. Ive told any and all that will listen to me about this company and just how great they are. Now you do yourselves a favor and contact them if you are in the market for a job and tell all your friends and family too! Thanks again, Taylor and Premier!!! Its been a pleasure to work with you all. You make it clear that you want to find a job for me as much as I want to work. I have worked for a few staffing agencies over the years, and have found Premier Staffing solutions to be a positive working enviroment in regards to their staff and professionalism involving catering events. The app "When I Work" is also helpful in keeping current with your schedule, and also offers a relatively easy software to keep up with your schedule, enabling flexibility, and picking up and dropping shifts to make life easier. This was helpful since often your have to coordiniate with another job. I found the staff to be pleasant, professional, and fair. I would and have already recommended the place for those looking for extra seasonal or temporary work. It does require a basic uniform that you provide, sans tie or vests. They pay by the week, which means no long waits for your check or direct deposit. The only drawback I found was lookiing for parking spots by the convention center, without having to pay a significant amount for parking garages, or finding a free parking spot with only luck.

I highly recommend Premier Staffing they really are an AMAZING SOLUTION! These ladies do a phenomenal job and have always helped me out when Ive been in a pinch. The staff they have working for them are really diversified, awesome people and they really work together to make your events special...The entire process was an absolute joy and I cant thank them enough for always being able to help me out in a desperate situation when Ive been short on staff. It seems whatever I throw their way, usually last minute, they are always more than willing to help me out and find me amazing motivated people to work with. Ive had an excellent experience working with Premier Staffing Solutions throughout the past year. LaRaisha, Susan, and Peggy have consistently shown that they have the best interest of their employees in mind. The Premier team knows their staff by name and is able to match their employees with jobs that fit their individual skills. Professional expectations are always made clear, and assistance is always available to answer any questions that may arise. Scheduling has also become more convenient through the implementation of When I Work, which allows employees to sign up for available shifts directly from their phone or computer. Im happy to have the opportunity to work for a company that is continually evolving and appreciate interacting with a team that truly cares.

Premier Staffing truly was a game changer for me! I found myself unemployed ONCE AGAIN (laid off twice in a 10 years) and after 6 weeks of interviewing, no offers! I made the decision of reaching out to Premier and they had a successful interview scheduled that week! They are a very professional team of recruiters that work really hard at finding a good fit for your skill set. I was VERY impressed. I had a 2nd interview and an amazing final offer within 30 days. Working with premier staffing was a great experience. I have worked with several agencies in the past in North Carolina and other states, but my experience with premier staffing was by far the best. They were very professional, courteous and worked with me to find the right fit for me. They were accessible, and if not they were always quick to return my call. I started working with the staff before I moved to Wilmington in May and they were great. Everything besides a few loose ends were was complete and literally within a day of being here I was working.
