Brenda and her staff were great during our wedding reception at the Hjemkomst Center, Moorhead MN. They offer a wide selection of food for these events. Also offers the option to mix and match items. Cost was very reasonable (ours averaged to be about $10-11 per person). We had the BBQ roast beef, garlic potatoes (which were large and cut up into 3rds), italian pasta salad, relish tray, and a variety of buns - definitely try the pasta salad, it was fantastic!! I heard lots of compliments from our guests who enjoyed every bite. In addition to the great food and service, they give you any leftover by boxing it up and sticking it in the fridge for you. I know at hotels, you pay for the meal and if the guest doesn't show, you have paid for a meal that wasn't eaten. Highly recommened and would use them again.

They catered our wedding in Grand Forks. Not only did they have the best pricing of any caterers in the area but the food was outstanding. They had setup menus that make ordering easy and everyone loved the food. Everything was hot, fresh and it never ran out. The employees were attentive, hardworking and respectful. We will surly tell everyone we know about one on one.

12-19-2011 They catered a work function and had a great meal that was reasonably priced. We had the roast pork with a salad, noodle salad, bean casserole, and brownies. It was displayed well and the staff loved it.
