I was having a complicated and disorganized issue, with a shipment (not associated with her store in any way) that was damaged, and a matter of time. Erica was of great assistance, and knew exactly how to handle the situation. She helped me resolve the problems I was having, with needing to get the product returned, and reimbursed. She was able to get the shipping company moving on the process, faster than they were initially interested. She also tracked the progress of this problem, and called me when things appeared to be resolved. Which they were indeed. If I, or anyone, is needing advice or assistance with a shipping problem, or a solution of some sort. I would definitely recommend talking to Erica. While I was in her store, ( which was immaculate ) I saw that she was able to help others with issues, that were also of significance. She is a problem solver ! Thank you very much !

Stopped by to ship a gun part that ups had dropped off at my door a week prior. the staff was actually really helpful and said it was more so policy and someone had actually called it in to see if there was something they could do or work around. They said they would need papers and it would be easier just to go to ups terminal instead. 5 stars to the friendly staff that is commonly known to Fargo but I couldnt give a good score to a liberal company that is clearly afraid to handle a small gun part. Even if its just to give it to ups terminal less than a half a mile away. I guess I should of just said it was "sporting goods" fedex store was more than happy to ship my clearly labeled gun parts

I ordered a product online and had it shipped to my apartment but on the day of "out for delievery" no one came. I was home all day. I get packages on a regular basis so why this box found its way back to the store with not even a notice on my door perplexed me. I wrote to the store I purchased from and they said no problem! Well send it out again monday. Monday 4pm here I am with no package. Why they will deliver a huge box for a clothing rack but not a 5 pound bag of aquarium sand is beyond me. I work overtime every week on top of having a 6 week old. I dont have the time to run to ups. So thanks for nothing.

I highly recommend using the UPS Store on 13th Ave. I designed all of my wedding stationary (invitations, programs, and table and name cards) and had them printed here. Cassie was super easy to work with. She printed, trimmed, cut, and scored everything exactly how I wanted. She also did everything quickly. I don’t think anything took longer than 48 hours. Cassie also printed out samples for me so that I could make sure everything was how I wanted before printing the entire job. This was a very easy business to work with, which I really appreciated when I had so much other stressful wedding planning going on.

Ive been working with Cassie over the past few days to get some invites printed. She was amazing to work with! We talked on the phone as we were emailing pictures of ideas back and forth. She even printed the PDF I emailed to her onto one of the color options and emailed me back a picture of what it looked like before I ordered a large amount. Im extremely impressed with the great customer service! I will be doing future printing with UPS! Thank you Cassie!

Not just for your shipping needs, however they are amazing at what they are known best for......shipping! Never an issue. What I didnt know and now experience is the wonders of logo designs for business, production of business cards, printing of pamphlets/brochures and/or other marketing material. We also utilized the UPS store for our wedding invites. Thank you for the quality service

Excellent service every time Im in the store! They also have a ton of printing and design services that allow you to print a huge variety of flyers, cards, forms etc.. Every time we print something there it turns out great and the process is very easy!

No one left me a note in my door when my shipment coming. I was lucky I call other wise they send my shipment back. Some drivers dont do their job.
