They were having trouble with an employee transaction and instead of helping a paying customer the employee was the priority! Ridiculous customer service. They could have been packing my item while waiting on their computer employee situation. In addition I was holding a heavy item and the employee did not even offer to place it somewhere while I was waiting.

Very disappointed with the service here. Walked in while FedEx Ground was scanning in front of me. Attendant refused to take packages to the driver because their arbitrary cutoff time was already passed, even though the pickup was not complete yet. I had to ask the driver if she could take it and she said "of course, I havent left yet."
