Agreeing with most here that this branch does not know what theyre doing. No wonder why the USPS is always on the brink of extinction. I go to this branch to drop off prepaid packages occasionally. This one time I asked for some padded priority mail envelopes to mail a few items out. The woman behind the counter tells me they dont carry those, but they carry everything else under the sun and is stocked and available. But I tell her Ive picked these up from this branch on many occasions. Know what she tells me?... She said a customer brought those in and left them and now theyre out. Lol!!! So youre telling me, a customer brought in USPS priority mail envelopes for the public to take and use? I looked at her and told her that was the craziest and weirdest explanation Ive ever gotten. She blankly stared at me in her monotone voice and said well we dont have anymore. Yep, sit back with your cush Gov job, do nothing like everyone else in a similar role. Collect your paycheck and dont give a s*** about helping people or doing your job effectively. You are part of the reason why this country is not what it used to be.

This postman that delivers to 75230-4250 should be fired immediately! Instead of delivering a life saving medication prescription he took it upon himself to decide to return a letter addressed to someone that is visiting to the post office instead of knocking on the door to ask if it was correct. He didnt even leave a notice and the post office couldnt even figure out what happened to it because he didnt follow protocol. Trust him with nothing of importance!!! Worst customer service ever!

Its hard to find but it exists.Once you know where it is at in this strip center on the NW side of Preston and Royal, you can easily access it by driving behind the building. Theres a rear entrance there. From the front, its located in the corner between Barnes & Noble and Tom Thumb. Look for the The Box Office sign. Theres actually a small hall behind some glass doors that leads to it. The doors are between The Box Office and Chicos.

This post office definitively exists. Its between Chicos and Barns and Nobles. However, it is always busy and although they have 4 windows, at the most there are 3 and thats very rare. Usually one or two and the lines are out the door. They provide good service but very slow and there is no better time than another....
