I just spent FORTY-FIVE MINUTES waiting while they searched for the package they were holding for me. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, and instead of putting the package in one of the special package lockers we have at my apartment complex, they decided to take it back to the post office. Thatd be understandable if I had to sign for it, but they didnt make me, so I dont know whats up with that. They asked me several times to confirm my address; when I finally did get the package, I checked the address on the front of it, and it was 100% correct, and, it matched what was on the pink slip and what I kept telling them. I dont know why I had to produce a tracking number from my email before they were able to find it. Thank goodness I took my smartphone in with me, or else Id probably still be waiting! FORTY FIVE MINUTES...really?! They have got to be TERRIBLY unorganized back there. I dont know why it took this long, and I wouldnt have really cared, (despite the fact that I now have to stay an extra hour at work,) if somebody had just apologized... Three different people supposedly went to help look for it, but *nobody* apologized for the delay, not even the "supervisor"... Not even a quick "Im sorry this is taking so long," or "thank you for your patience." Nothing! Come on yall, thats Customer Service 101! I wouldnt have written this review, but a customer service experience THAT bad needs to be shared. Ive always had such a good experience at other post offices, so this was really disappointing. :(

Had a package shipped from Japan to the office where I work. It arrived on Saturday (were open 9-5, M-F). Instead of putting the package in the office mailbox (it was small enough to fit), the carrier took it back to the post office, after marking it as "delivered" on the USPS tracking website. On Monday, I called the USPS customer service line, and they told me that the carrier would deliver the package that day. Monday afternoon, still no package. I call USPS customer service again. They said theyd send instructions to the local office to make sure they delivered the package on Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon, still no package. I then drove over to the post office, and asked them to give me my package, which the eventually did. Id like to say Im going to avoid shipping packages by USPS in the future, but Ive had far worse experiences with UPS in the recent past.

Very rude men. Ignored me while I waited in line so they could talk together to another customer about possible knee surgery he could do for them (doctor). One of them just took my package, did not ask HOW I wanted it sent and just told me the total while continuing to visit with other employee and the other clerks customer. I had to ask how it was mailed and he failed to look at me the whole time I was there. Filed complaint and got another request for another complaint that had all the same questions and then never heard a word. Nasty. Wont go back there again.

They need to work on their customer service - had an issue and rather than the manager addressing the issue and apologizing and stepping up. He instead escalated the issue to the point of making me feel like he was blaming us for their issue, and then telling us we would have to pay for expressmail due to their mistakes! Now its not even so much the first screwup the true issue is the lack of Customer Service and making things right! Its plain to see that no one is watching and checking for quality customer service here!

Nasty people and service! I was shiping for about a month the same item in priority express mail box and suddenly they told me Im not allowed to ship in priority express box with a priority mail tag . (When the Asian lady working there recommend me to do it that way.) when the manager was there today she denied everything. Its a shame they have a liar people working there. Slow .dirty place. And the employees treat you like you are the worst enemy to them. Rude rude. The should fired all and hire new people.

VERY angry. Paid for overnight delivery on a regular Priority Express envelope and it was not placed in the recipients freestanding large mailbox because it was "oversized". TOTAL nonsense. So now it will be received THREE days late because of a federal holiday. Good thing that I live out of town or they would be getting an earful from me. Apparently this is why my family in that area only use Fed-EX, not this post office.

Just got off the phone with a lady there who was extremely rude there. There was a car parked infront of my house i called to ask when my mail would be delivered, told her about the situation of me living at the back of a circle drive street. Her response was well that was your choice to buy that house. So i am not going to get my mail if i have a car parked infront of my house. Ridiculous.

Dont like anything about this post office. Rude people, they seem aggravated that you are even in there. The building is dirty. They must not clean. And God forbid get a package out on time. I wont use them again for fragile packages. Thats for sure because even though it said all over the package it was fragile, it still arrived broken. It seems that all USPS offices are rude though...

I had a scheduled delivery, missed them (work) went to pick it up: carrier was off that day. So someone took my information and stated I would get a call back the next day. Which I did NOT get. Here I am 3wks later sill looking for my package. USPS does want to take responsibility and it has not been returned to the store either? Beeeyyyyoond annoyed, this is why I use ups and fedex.

Only giving one star because there is not another option. Our new postman has delivered my Saturday mail approximately twice in the last year. Saying "mailbox is blocked"; which it NEVER is. Even on days when he is delivering a package...that he would have had to get out of his truck to do anyway. Its gotten to be a little ridiculous. This post office needs a new person running it.

They dont even deserved 1 star Awwwwful service, its ridiculously disgusting service, I called like 4 times in less than 5mins they answer and put you on hold then hang up, the manager doesnt do his job, dealing with these people on the phone is the most complicated thing ever, I difinately wouldnt recommend this P.O to anyone, do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else.

Do not get a POBox at this location. I have had a box here for a couple years for my business (the only reason I havent switched yet). On a weekly basis, if a customer mails a payment locally I will not receive it for at least a week to 2 weeks. The postmark date confirms when it was mailed and I have reported this issue multiple times, yet nothing ever changes.
