Certified priority mail package has been lost since the 19th of November and no one seems to be able to explain where the package is or where it has been or where it is gonna end up. Spent hours on the phone with customer service, the post office it wassent from, the post office that sorted it, now I am just sitting in a sort facility waiting for someone to figure out where it is now. Let this be fair warning to customers using the postal service for the holiday delivery. It shows just how irresponsible the postal service really is ..I can understand a day or 2 being lost but today is 28th and it was sent on the 19th and no one can find the package but yet the tracking number shows it is transit but know one can figure out where it is in transit to. The package had a return address on the package and on the return receipt. This has turned out to be a nightmare. ..and you can bet it will be my last experience with us postal service, I will never ship anything using the postal service again. And the worst part is I spent countless hours on the phone and hours driving around to the post offices trying to find it and still no answers. Beware!

Ordered three things from Amazon (school books and case). Got one (the case). The rest was labeled "undeliverable". Called post office and asked about that, was told that packages never left post office and were to be sent back to sendee. Filed a complaint to which I was supposed to hear back from the manager of the post office. The manager called me three days later after I had called amazon to inform them that the packages would be sent back to them, and after amazon sent me overnight the stuff i needed. Kathy (the district managers name) called and rudely told me that i would be receiving the packages in a few days maybe. When I asked my husband to talk to her about it because she was being condescending and not explaining very well what was going to happen, she refused to "explain" the situation to him as well (claiming that she had already told me everything). She then proceeded to say that unless it was properly labeled, the books would be shredded.

Alisha (not sure if thats how you spell it) is apparently a manager and was extremely rude. I was trying to figure something out with my passport and she was unhelpful and condescending. When I said to her, "Im sorry, Im just trying to understand there is no need to be rude." She said, "I am NOT BEING RUDE, you are just taking it that way." Now I understand people have bad days but NEVER take it out on a customer or any other person. Especially when they are just trying to confirm that they understand the process. I have been in customer service my whole life and have never treated any customer that way. I hope her supervisor sees this in order for her to understand that you dont treat people like that. In any service industry, the customer may not always be right, you may be having a terrible day, but you put a smile on, you be as helpful as possible, and dont take your problems out on someone else.

Incompetent staff, sometimes rude, sometimes just ignorant of the fact that people are waiting in line. One friendly(Caucasian) employee at the counter is handicapped by the fact that everyone else in the building is incompetent. They cant explain why registered mail with return receipt requested gets lost. They cant issue refunds of business reply deposits without a lot of bureaucratic bullshit. Their delivery couriers put things in the wrong mailboxes. Their sorting people send mail back to the sender instead of to the addressee ... does that make any sense? Doing business at this post office is like throwing money into a wishing well.

On 8/11/15, I went to the Airport Pkwy facility and mailed a small package with a tracking number. I was told it would be delivered Friday. The website confirmed the delivery date when I started tracking the package. The package has been in transit since 8/13/15. I have tried calling the numbers but cannot get passed the automated system to talk to a real person, even though it says you can. I just called the facility directly, explained my issue, and was put on hold to talk with a supervisor. After 10 minutes of holding, I hung up. This is exactly why people use other means for shipping packages! I will never use the USPS again.

Reviews are very important to me.. I read all reviews about everything, even down to the post office that I will be shipping my package off from. Given the time restraint this afternoon, I figured that I would put up with the attitudes referenced in previous comments. This couldnt be more inaccurate. I was greeted as I walked in and ask what I could be helped with. I was immediately taken care of and on my way in less than 15 mins. Everyone was very friendly, and answered all my questions. I left very happy and have to commend all the employees that were working today. 9/21/2015 around 1:10pm You guys rock! Keep up the great work!! :)

I was shocked to see the bad reviews on this particular post office. Ive been to some terrible post offices in this area, but this one is fantastic. It is the ONLY helpful post office I have found in this area. It has a small town post office feel in that they actually greet you with a smile. Everyone bends over backwards to help me with any problem I have. They actually scan packages. They scan my scan sheets. They dont yell at me to put my packages in the bin when I take them to the counter. Ive truly had some horrid experiences at other post offices in the area, but this one is a breath of fresh air.

I cant believe all of these negative comments. I go here regularly (last year I spent over 50k in stamps), and I always get great service. Sometimes they are are backed up, but if you read the news you know they are under a pretty tight budget. Denise, Joy, Ricky, Matthew and the rest of the crew do a great job! I drive there from Frisco, because the service that I get at other offices seems to be done at a lower standard. Trust me, this is the Cadillac of the U.S.P.S.

This United States Postal Office at 4900 Airport Parkway, Addison, Texas is disappointing. The mailing Kiosk rarely works and doesnt properly issue postage, is frequently "out of service" or allow for mailing small packages. The package drop box is sometimes stuck or inoperable as well. I am tired of the absurdly long wait lines - this is not a public service. Sometimes you are better off driving North to the US Post Office at 4475 Trinity Mills Road, Dallas, TX 75287.

Not good. I called yesterday to see if an order I placed through UPS had come in. It was coming to you because it had a wrong address on it when I placed it with UPS so I talked to the lady that helped to see if it was there. She was a very rude lady and maybe she shouldnt be doing that work there. Please dont fire her but she needs to be talked to about her attitude. Thank you.
