I currently have a package Im trying to get delivered. Amazon says its delivered, the post office says thats its delivered. However it has not been delivered. I called to tell them this so they could find out where it went. I also gave them the tracking number to find out where this package has gone. The person delivering the mail to our house is a moron. She has repeatedly delivered to the wrong address many times. In fact many people in our neighborhood (like our selves) know which houses they mix up for ours. We have had to go get our packages many times when they mix up like this. I checked the house they normally confuse for ours with no luck. Whats even more annoying is the fact that I also had two other packages delivered today and had no issue. Which means no one stole one package and not the other two. The person I talked to over the phone was supposed to call me back with some kind status on my package. I have still not heard anything back from them. My main questions are. Why does this seem to be acceptable in this area and for this post office? Why do the people that make these mistakes get to keep there jobs? Why do I have to be the one jumping threw hoops when these morons are the ones making the mistakes? In short I think Ill make sure everything I order goes threw UPS or FedEx from now on, since the postal service has hit an all time low. They seem to be hiring people that cant read at higher then a third grade level. The packages arent even being delivered on the correct street. They are two or three streets down. Only the house numbers match. Maybe they know numbers and figures but not how to read. I think English class was what they considered there free period. Anyway Im done I just want my package.... and I know Im not alone in this. Update: I just finally received my package today I had to contact the post office twice "who were supposed to update me on the status" and the sender once to also contacted the post office. It seems the only thing they seem to understand is pressure from not just the person receiving the package but also the sender as well. While I received my package finally "which Im sure was sitting at someones house waiting to be picked up again" I was told both times I called that they would update me on the status.... Im still waiting for some kind of call to verify I received it or an apology for something that it was clearly the fault of the post office. I wont hold me breath though.

In order to get packages I have to have a key to open the mailbox. I was given an extremely rusty key which wouldnt even turn correctly. It would ONLY turn to the right, and even then, it wouldnt turn all the way. I could not open the mailbox, and i tried for about 30 minutes. I then called the post office and asked them what I could do to retrieve my mail, and the man who answered the phone was a bit rude. He sounded very irritated with me, and basically blamed me for not turning the key right. He then sighed and asked for my address, kept sighting, and said he would "try" to send someone out to help me. It has now been 3 hours and still no one.

The neighborhood mail box was broken into in Friday june 30th. It has not been replaced and the mail lady continues to deliver mail to an open box! This is completely unexceptable! And I believe illegal. She did NOT notify us of the break in and doesnt seem to care. She has "delivered" packages to wrong house..and stated she left a pick up slip. None of that happen.. So when I called the post Office.. The package was there. I would like to request a new mail person for my area. I will be there first thing july 5th with pics. Thank you.... From a not happy tax paying citizen.

i had important documents that were suppose to be delivered, never left a note or anything that said they tried to deliver it, I called and they say they cant look anything up unless it has a tracking number I get other peoples mail and luckily my neighbors from other streets get me mine. this is important documents otherwise they would not pay the extra amount to get it to the destination, which is wasted money if it does not get to me. by reading other reviews I see that maybe LAZY is the term best fitted. hope it gets better if they lack the tools or staff.

I really wish whoever delivers mail to legacy of cedar hill Apts 75104 will stop opening the mail that has cards in it... you cant activate them unless you know our ssn! And by you doing that we have to go through the hassle of ordering new ones in case you try to write the card numbers down.... Now I know for a fact that most of yall usps employees make very very very good money!!! Theres no reason to try and steal... sad very sad.

This location is horrible! They must be really lazy cause my package is suppose to be delivered today 6/12/17, but its been sitting in the post office since 8am. I called and they told me that it isnt even been processed! That I would have to wait an extra 2 days!!! This location is 2miles from me!!! And they wont even let me pick it up!!!

Of all of the post offices that I have visited, they seem to have the friendliest employees working here. They have always greeted me with a smile and seem to be happy to have their jobs. I know that I can always come here to handle any postal needs without a problem

They dont try to actually deliver packages and when they do its to the WRONG address and then they say we cant do anything bc it shows its been delivered. The mail delivery to Legacy of Cedar Hill has gone down the drain.
