Half of my mails are missing . one package got stolen. After several calls(which they didnt attend) I went to give a complaint to the office about my missing mails and package, but the supervisor behaved very mean despite the fact i am being polite. Her answers were reckless and after i asked her what is the procedure to file a complaint , she replies - I am the supervisor and you complained to me . I will check our mailman and will let you know . very politely, i asked if i can get a complaint number , she raised her voice and says "i said i will call you tomorrow there isnt any complaint number . Its been 10 days , i havent got her call neither did they respond well again. Forget about my package , there was another lady who came to complain that she got more than 100 mails not belonging to her. This supervisor doesnt even care to meet her. i was wondering what in the world they are super busy at ? I work 12 hours a day and despite that i try to be polite to my customers. I dont understand why it is difficult for some of them . Overall this office at this location is really scary ! I have advised all my merchants not to post anything via USPS . despite that most of mails from bank are from USPS. I dont get any of them. I am still wondering where my mails are struck ! JUST FYI if you are staying in the zip code (75244). you are struck as I am :)

I went to this post office to drop off six packages and the clerk at the counter whose name is Allen looked at my packages and told me "Well well scan them this time, but next time you need to change your zip code on your address for us to scan it." So he wanted me to put a different zip code on the packages instead of my own because he said that it would route wrong or look like they were routing it wrong in the system. Well I mail things out for business and the fact that he wanted me to change my zip code if I had to get something returned then that would be an issue for me. I was under the impression that you could mail at whatever post office and this post office is the closest one to my apartment. I shouldnt have to change my zip code to mail out a package It really should be an issue. I got a receipt for all of my items because I didnt feel confident that if I didnt get one that I would have proof that I even shipped them at all. The customer service is lacking at this post office as well. Im really upset by this issue and will be sending USPS an email as well.

The 2 times that Ive ordered something online and had it delivered to me, it was never delivered. I go to the package tracking online and it appears that it was, but it wasnt. The first time this happened I called the post office a week later because I hadnt been paying attention to when I should have recieved it. They said it had already been sent back to the company that shipped it out in the first place. Now this time Im on top of it and will have to make time to take a trip to the post office to pick my package up. I cant even do the "redelivery" option online because the post office never left a peach slip. Which makes me think they never even tried to deliver it. When I pay to have a package delievered, I dont expect to have to GO AND GET it. Also whenever I called to check on both packages I was greeted by an impatient and rude employee who had no understanding and couldnt even pretend to care.

Customer service is practically non-existent. Missing 5 packages that were to be delivered this week. Tracking says it was delivered to my porch but all items could have fit in my mailbox. Have called and gone up there several times, each time with a promise to call me back. 5 days later, still waiting on a resolution and a call back. Pretty sure my postman delivered to the wrong unit. It wouldnt be the 1st time. 1-800 number hasnt called me back either. I will be filing an official consumer complaint against them. No wonder they are losing money. Pay your bills online and use FedEx or UPS, any one but the post office. Its not worth the stress and how much of your life youll lose trying to get them to own up to their mistakes and resolve your concerns.

My dad has worked at the USPS for over 20 years (in another location) and I could never imagine him being as rude as the people are who answer the phones at this location. Not only was the guy not listening to me he was rude when I repeatedly tried to calmly help him understand my issue. He yelled at me, didnt answer my question, and hung up on me. I then called back to get another person who was somewhat more helpful but still had no interest in what I was saying and told me "well Im sorry he was rude but were kind of busy" Really??? Id have never guessed! Im busy too at my office but if I spoke to the vendors that I work with that way I would be fired in a heart beat.

The customer service is horrible, every time I go in to talk to them about an issue they give me an attitude and treat me like Im an idiot. I went in to ask about a package that I dropped off on the counter, where people drop off packages without having to wait in line, but it hasnt shown up online that it was accepted. She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about, couldnt find the package then told me next time I should give it to them and get a receipt. Yes, I want to wait in line for half an hour just to hand them a package. Im finding a new post office because I cant deal with them anymore.

Worst Post Office ever! Slow doesnt even come close. Glaciers move faster. Ive tried early morning, mid morning, afternoon, late afternoon it doesnt matter. Go there at your own peril, and dont budget for less than 45 minutes. Terrible. Never more than two people working, usually just one. Tall skinny man who will talk everyones ear off while moving at the speed of hair growing and one lady named Debbie who is slower than that. Its a beating every time I have to go there. Now I usually just drive over to Carrollton or Irving. Its much faster in n the long run. Sad!

If I could post 0 stars I would. They dont deserve the one star because I have nothing nice to say about this place. They have lost more package than theyve actually delivered to my house. They staff is not helpful the slightest. Id rather spend the money to deliver a package myself. I do not trust them to deliver anything. They lost a very important package in less than 24 hours of leaving a notice at my house. While I was there waiting to talk to someone, they had another customer complain because they lost her package. GET A BETTER SYSTEM OR BETTER EMPLOYEES.

This post office is slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter! Holy crap, I think I aged 2 years just waiting in line! It actually hurt to watch these people work at the speed of smell, I managed to waste my entire lunch break looking for a change of address form that wasnt in its little cubbie hole on the forms table. Instead some other random forms and a little kids used bubble gum were crammed in there. My address hasnt been changd and Ive got bubblicious under my fingernails... POST OFFICE FAIL!
