This is the 2nd Saturday in a row that I did not recieve my package. The whole reason for a tracking number is to know where it is and when your getting it. Last Saturday I had a package that my tracking imformation stated it had been delivered and it was not in my mail box, I went to the post office and they were supposed to call me back with info and never did. This Saturday same thing but they told me it would be in the mail before noon and it wasnt it. That package was for a Wedding, that was the whole reason I ordered it and knew it would be here on time. This is ridiculous. If they dont want to deliver packages on Saturdays than they should close the post office on Saturdays. Also they never answer the phone so if you need to ask a question your better off just going in person.

It is unreal how you guys are incapable of answering the phone. I had a friend who stood there at the desk and watched you guys ignore the phone while I was calling over and over again so she could pick up a package for me. Horrible customer service!

No one will answer the phones. All phone numbers associated with this office are dead-ended and you will NEVER speak with a human. I would give them a Negative Number for this review just to drop their overall rating for reviews.
