I have a PO Box at this location, which is the only reason I frequent the particular post office. Numerous times, I have not been notified when I have a package there. Thank goodness for tracking numbers! Once I asked the counter for my package, in which I was never notified in my box, and it was stamped "Final delivery attempt", I hadnt been notified ONCE and they were about to send it back! On the other side of the postal service... I sell online and print my labels at home so I can just drop in the box in the lobby..frequently, they are not even scanned before they go out. At one point I dropped 14 packages at one time and only TWO showed up to the destination. Since then, I have each one individually scanned in so at least I can prove I did drop them there.. I would highly recommend you doing this if you are dropping of items here. As soon as my box lease is up I will be "Moving".

Cant say Ive ever seen more than three employees behind the counter, even on the busiest days. They always move at a glacial pace, as if the presence of a customer is a huge inconvenience. The building is showing its age outside as well as inside - with the subtle but ever-present stench of incontinence and faded paint. Its a hassle to drop off packages with prepaid labels. Good luck calling them if you have an issue - the line is always busy, and they dont even have an answering machine outside of business hours. No automated system, not even a pre-recorded message with general information. Nothing. And nothing is the most that I can expect from my beloved local post office.

Its little wonder that the postal service is in trouble. I recently stood in line with fifteen other people while two attendants, both who spoke very little English, feebly attempted to serve us. THE PRICES KEEP INCREASING, AND THE SERVICE KEEPS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE.! Thank God for email!! Today I had a package of vitamins delivered. The label specified to place the carton on the front porch, to avoid the excessive heat of the mailbox. The message was ignored, of course. I only hope that the contents didnt spoil. Thank God for UPS!! Ill only use them in the future. PLEASE HIRE SOME INTELLIGENT PEOPLE WHO CAN READ AND WRITE AND SPEAK ENGLISH!! Thank you.

Not the worst post office. At times, it is very frustrating because Ive never seen more than three clerks, even during the busy hours. I try to do everything online; however, there are times I have to go in... Some of the attendants do not speak plain English, so I have to ask them to repeat what they are saying. Others are rude. I have actually had a couple of the employees who are quite helpful, though. You cannot obtain passports at this office. It does have a machine in the lobby for purchasing stamps and postage for packages. They have a door to pick up packages from the orange claim tickets; however, there is seldom someone there to "man" it.

And again, my package key was placed in someone elses box (or not given at all, they didnt say why this time)- wasting my time (having to wait in line) only to have the employee rudely ask "are you SURE you checked your box?" Of COURSE Im sure, I just walked over from it- the tracking information said it arrived 3 days ago, and each day I didnt have a key! Im going to have to switch my P.O.Box, Ive never had any issues before this with the USPS. More time and hassle that could have been avoided if the employees at this location just DID THEIR JOB RIGHT. Psh, too much to ask for!

This is the worst post office Ive ever been to. Some of the servers are nice, but a couple of them are so rude and openly hostile (literally THROWING and TOSSING packages) Im ashamed that its a federal facility. Approximately 25% of the counter workers are so awful, Ive decided to use FedEx in the future. Its shocking to see how bad it is sometimes. I would think with email and online bill payment the post office workers would try harder to be friendly and give good service and treat mail/packages with care, but instead they are going downhill fast. Maybe its just Carrollton.?

I sent a time sensitive package from VA to this zip code area, which turned out to be incorrect. Through the tracking website I thought it was solved as it was in the right location after 4 days of jumping around and then it got sent back to this post office! When I saw that I called in a panic as I needed to get it to my mother somehow very soon, and the delivery supervisor (I wish I could remember his name) was so, so helpful with getting it from the carrier to my mom. I dont live in the area, but they were very kind and super helpful. Cannot thank them enough!!

I ordered something online and they tried to deliver it on a Sunday -- It is a business FYI-- We close at 5 and he still isnt here. I call and they say that other mail goes out first depending on class which is fine but I still think they should bump up the mail that they tried to deliver KNOWING it is a business. We will continue to be closed if they come after hours. All they had to say is sorry and to wait and that other mail classes are more important. I need this for a project for work. They are ridiculous.

Self-Service Kiosk is all I need here, thankfully. I would suggest using it if you have only a couple of packages. I never had to wait for more than 5 minute if there ever is a line, its a lot better than waiting to speak with the clerks who you already know doesnt give a **** about whats in your package and how it needs reach blah blah for your nephews birthday. The kiosk gives you more attention and time! So far it has served me well! Quick and easy, thats how I like it :)

Registered a complaint about the letter carrier leaving an attempt to deliver notice in our mailbox for a package he did not attempt to deliver. (We witnessed him come and go that morning, leaving nothing but the notice and never leaving his truck.) Rather than an investigation or apology, I received a phone call-- at home, before 8 am--from that letter carrier protesting the complaint. Disturbing. Another complaint to a higher level of mgmt was registered.

3 months ago, this post office processed my change of address extremely quickly. The attendants at the counters seemed flustered because it was very busy, but who wouldnt be? They processed the line very quickly and if they did not seem friendly, they were at the least very polite and efficient. Last week I received a package 1 day ahead of schedule which of course I was very happy about.

This post office only attempted delivery one time to my apartment and refused to leave it at the front office. I tried to call the post office to figure out if I can pick it up, but their phone number only gives me a busy tone. I tried to call another local post office and they refused to connect me to this one! How is anyone supposed to find their items!? This is ridiculous!!!
