My customers have seen this office grow for the past 20yrs. Most are aware of changes that occur & the online options but some are not. Informing & educating my customers to insure future visits is my responsibility & I love it. The reviews are not reflective of each & every day & its sad that these consumers were not given more information on filing claims for lost packages (online or in person), consumer affairs (works as a advocate to ensure continued communication) or directed to the Postmaster located @ the Lewisville Post Office. Parking to close to your box is against delivery policy. Endangering everyone. Mail cannot be held longer than 30days without approval. Wedding invites are based off shape & weight. The worst thing is to have a bride come back for extra postge, defacing her invite. Never do we deny a sale of over $50 dollars (we are a business)but informing & suggesting the customer return to verify exact postge is a norm. Online applications are great but must be printed off. I cannot file your phone so we will have you fill out a blank hard copy. Your info is visible in the system so no need to leave the facility. Being the only post office between Argyle & Lewisville creates a volume of demand above my pay scale but the customers are valued & have over the years become family.

My daughter stood in a line for several minutes to buy wedding stamps, and knowing exactly the weight of her wedding invitations would not require extra postage, the postal lady refused to sell her any stamps because my daughter did not have the wedding invitation in hand to be weighed. Her wedding invitations are exactly like her shower invitation which did not require extra postage so she knew what she needed. My daughter was on her lunch break and now has to go back to work without the needed stamps to send her invitations out by tomorrow. She was treated very childlike and felt her time was very wasted because of the insulting postal lady that refused to sell her what she needed. I would defininetly not reccommend the Flower Mound post office because of this type of service.

Absolutely awful customer service, confirmed every bad stereotype about the post office. My problem was a lost package. First they said that a delivery guy came to my house and left a note. No such note was ever left. The next day when I went to the post office to get the package they said it had been marked as invalid address and returned to sender (then how was a note supposedly left the day before?). The woman at the front counter was extremely rude and seemed upset that I needed help with something. When I asked for a supervisor he was even more rude than she had been and actually criticized me for coming in person instead of calling. I will never EVER use the USPS parcel service again after this disaster, from now on its UPS or Fedex all the way

The lady that delivers our mail is very rude and hateful. If someone parks close to our mailbox she refuses to put our mail in the box. The next day she will have a rude note in each of our shared boxes. When I contacted a supervisor she promised that the lady would bring our mail back, which our carrier didnt. Then I talked with a male supervisor and he acted like he didnt care. So far no supervisor has called me back and no apologies for the carriers very rude nature. I guess USPS really does not care.

Went today to set up the PO box for my business and encountered one of the most rude employees ever. She pretty much told me to be quiet when I asked her a question. She was hard to understand. Finally she asked me if I wanted to speak to a manager and when i said yes, the guy came out of a side window and told me I could just have my way. So I asked why it was an issue with the front desk lady and he shook his head and said "i dont know!". incredible. Thankfully the PO box is only needed for 3 months.

The Flower Mound post office lost 2 weeks of my mail I put on hold when I was out of the country and THEY DO NOT CARE, and will not call me back. I spoke to them on the phone and was to be called back about their search for my missing mail and showed up at their office to no avail. Worst postal service on many levels - 9:00pm deliveries, skipping days delivering 2 days of mail, lost mail, getting someone elses mail every single week. How in the world do they get away with it.

They continue not to deliver mail on time. I have mailed payments in plenty of time for them to be received to avoid late fees. Its been 2 1/2 weeks and my payments have still not been delivered. I will never mail anything through them again. There is no excuse for it to take this long to deliver mail and they cost their customers money due to their negligence and poor service.

Theres a bunch of bad reviews complaining about employees following the rules and following protocol. This post office is fine. Everyone thats ever helped me had been kind and helpful. Sure, sometimes the lines move slow, but every post office in the world experiences that problem at some point. Its not by any means anything spectacular, but its definitely not worthy of two stars.

I had an important document from IRS that required signature. They went to deliver it to wrong street with wrong house number for three times. Thankfully, that person delivered the notice to our house. Its an experience to pick up mail on hold at this location, so many instructions and such a rude conversation.

Packages have been lost, Ive been lied to, the manager just said that the company would replace the items without lifting a finger. Other times I have been lied to about items having to go priority mail vs. first class. I guess they get some bonus for more priorty sales. They need to be privitized.

the manager! She was rude & demeaning. And dont bother complaining to the postmaster when you arent getting your mail & packages go missing. Nothing will be done. The postmaster will just tell you he knows your mailman & he/she is a good person. This place should be shut down immediately!!

I am from NJ! And everyone claims NJ is so rude... no way! Postal service in NJ is as sweet as pie compared to these miserable people at the desk at this postal office. The worst attitude and service. If you dont like your job get another one... dont be in customer service. Despicable!

I cannot believe how insanely rude the elder lady at the counter was to me, as well as my significant other. The tone and clearly disrespectful comments are something I have never experienced before. I am appalled and absolutely will be following this up the chain.

My husband, son and I all went for passports today . Joanne who was working at the counter came over to help us. She was AMAZING. Its so nice to see people who love their job. Thank you Joanne for a fun afternoon. Your smile, laugh and sense of humor made our day!
