Does anyone even read these reviews? Do you have staff meetings to talk about customer reviews and customer service? This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If this was a retail store I would refuse to return. All you need is some customer service and acknowledgement of your customers. If you dont have enough staff and theres a long line, communicate that to the people. If theres a line at the window to pick up packages and you dont have anyone to answer the bell, communicate it. Ignoring customers just fuels the fire. I have walked out many times because of frustration. When one customer in line is disgruntled, they make sure everyone hears it and it spreads. Good customer service goes a long way when youre too busy to accommodate everyone. Youd be surprised how effective it is and how people will be willing to wait if you simply speak to them. I was in this morning and walked out after listening to all of the angry customers and not one associate felt the need to explain that they were short on help! I cant even rate this review with a single star.

I called last week to try to make a passport application appointment. First call the guy answered but said "aint nobody here about that today, call back tomorrow at 10am". So I did call back the next day...it took me 15 calls to get someone to answer, and made an appt for the following Monday at 1:45. Unfortunately I then found out my son had a test, so I needed to move the time to another day. This was on Thursday. I have have been calling every since then, multiple times a day, at all times of day, using two different numbers I found online - and NOT ONCE HAS SOMEONE ANSWERED THE PHONE> I have called about 20 times in a row today, and they must have gotten tired of ignoring the ringing because now both phones are just busy (off the hook??). What in the world?? So I guess they will figure out on their own that I am going to miss the 1:45 appt today, that I have been trying to call to cancel....I give up. What business just doesnt answer the phone??????

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced! They only have two reps at the front (and this location is always busy) and they are both incredibly rude. I had to pick up a package and the man at the counter said to wait and ring the bell. After 30 minutes of ringing the bell someone comes up to the front and says the guy who works the back is at lunch (mind you it was 4:00pm). WHY would both of the reps tell me to stand in line and constantly ring the bell when they knew the back crew were at lunch.... absolutely ridiculous. That was just one instance. I refuse to shop at this post office. The Southlake location actually has humans working behind the counter.

This post office hires dishonest and immoral people. Every year my electricity company sends me a cash rewards card and EVERY year (3) it has never actually been delivered to me but somehow has been activated and used. So many headaches filling out fraud investigation reports. Last year, I filled out a fraud report, had a new card delivered to my apartment, and had that one stolen and used AGAIN. I have a strong feeling that an employee at this post office is making a living stealing everyones reward cards in Grapevine to purchase $42 worth of KFC or pay off their monthly cable bills. If youve had this happen to you, I strongly suggest you complain to them too.

We have a PO Box and for the past couple months we have been receiving another persons mail. (I was told by a postal employee this person was deceased) Ive talked to 6 different employees and they all apologize, which is great, but nothing is being corrected. My husband called and asked to speak to a supervisor, but how do we really know its an actual supervisor? This man started raising his voice at my husband which is crazy because were the ones who keep getting horrible service. Has anyone else that lives in Grapevine had this problem? What else can we do? Weve even called ths business that keeps sending the mail. Very frustrated!

All the employees look like they hate their jobs. Ive bought a lot of online purchases and until I moved to grapevine Ive never had a package "lost". Ive had packages that said they were delivered to my apartment but never show up. When I do go in to speak to someone about a lost package Im pretty much told there is nothing they can do. I guess Ill start using another carrier when mailing items. Priority is a joke btw or at least at this location. Mailed an item 10 days ago priority mail. Still has yet to even be accepted. So its probably just sitting there somewhere.

Keith is always helpful, and serves with a smile. We had to send a package to Austin, TX today with a return envelope inside that was stamped. After we sealed the package and was prepared to send it, he said, "You didnt seal the package did you? I had to scan the return envelope!" We were shocked at our error, and then he said, "Im just kidding." LOL. Great experience. We used this postal office more than once and had the pleasure of being served by Keith. We are glad to call this our home USPS. Take care everyone, and Merry Christmas!

Cassandra was a great help to me today. I went for a quote on the box I needed to send and used the machine but I knew it was wrong. I had done something wrong. I got in line for a clerk to weigh and quote cost instead and Cassandra helped me. Once I determined the cost Was affordable to ship... She even waited patiently for me to go ahead and get my package all the way together so I wouldnt have to leave and come back. Thanks Cassandra! Helpful positive pleasant people in the post office really makes the post office more bearable.

Awful post office. They lost my package and deliver the wrong persons mail to my address. Every time I call the post office the line is busy or no one answers. I had to get the back door number elsewhere just to get a hold of some one. The postal workers are rude (one had the nerve to hang up on me as I was asking him if I got a hold of the Grapevine Post Office) and the other postal worker I talked to seemed aggravated that she had to help me. This is why UPS shipping or FedEx is so much better. I wish I could give this 0 stars.

Very nice guy at cashier the post office has in general had to let go people for not making the money they use to make delivering packages because of ups and fed ex . so there service is not what it use to be . All post offices all over the usa have very little employees and some have good and bad people at the cashier station . If you go to the post office be patient if mailing some thing dont be in a rush and expect 5 star customer service they get to you when its your turn . no post offices are perfect if we thats realty.

Horrible!!! I was informed that I had a package delivered l, which was not in my mailbox or at my door step!! I tried contacting the grapevine usps office in order to find out more about the delivery and got an 800 # that was all automated and did not even help me with anything!!! The only reason this has one star is because I had to!! I will try to go to the post office directly, although I doubt I will get any different service!!!!! Totally unsatisfied!!
