The staff here is the worst Ive seen. Rude, unprofessional and obviously hate their jobs. Im well known at this place because of my business. I come in with prepaid mailing labels that just need scanned in and I wait for a receipt. They hate having to work and scan packages. Why? I have no clue. But they do. And they harass me every single time. Im thankful for my mail carrier as she saves me a headache most days - and the local "first class mail" by my house too - but some days I just cant avoid it and have to visit my local USPS. Sad that a Saginaw resident DREADS having to enter the local post office because of the horrible service. I sincerely hope the USPS finds some better tellers, or can go over customer service 101 - like just scan the boxes and give the lady the receipt.... but thats just too difficult for them. *UPDATE* As if this place wasnt unprofessional enough - the ladies who work there have now stolen my mailing address and are now MAILING this form to me as further harassment! As if shoving it into my face at every visit wasnt unprofessional enough - now they took advantage of their job position and mailed me a copy! This place is a joke! I have wrote USPS countless times. For this purpose our business with USPS may abruptly come to an end. We have over 100 packages weekly and Im not going to support an entity that allows their employees to harass customers at their home!!

Wow the worst but no shocker here, waited for my box to be delivered by 8pm. Not hard to imagine that it now says there was a problem with my address, the same address I have lived at for 16 years. Now I have to do the work to find my box and hope it gets delivered unless the lazy driver doesnt feel like getting out of their delivery truck again. We have never had good service and never will. Our old driver retired a few years ago and he was the best part. They are all lazy and will say anything to get you to leave so they can go sit down on their butts and get overpaid. I guess I will need to make sure to set everything up for 2 day delivery so FedEx or UPS can delivery and avoid the USPS. Our tax dollars going down the drain. Mark IV post office is your best bet.

This Place is HORRIBLE. I have had to deal with this location 2 times now, and my delivery address is one town over from here, i dont know why the usps sends my package here, but every time they do, this location is clueless when it comes to package delivery. And if you talk to them in person, they will tell you the complete opposite from what they tell you the day before. I have never had such a bad experience dealing with the USPS as i have had with this location. STAY AWAY from this Saginaw location, Go one town over if you can but whatever you do, stay away from HERE. I hope the USPS CLOSES this location because its the worst and takes 1st place in incompetent people that work behind the counter!

The dark skin lady with the salt and pepper hair and the white lady are the worst people on the counter. Telling people lies without any positive answer. The black lady told me that its only priority mail to China and no other type of postage. And I have already checked online and saw 4 types of postage. This lies cost me $19 extra dollars. On the other hand the white lady pissed a man off by lying to him that his mail isnt there and when the man worked off she said out loud that she thought the man would have waited to get his mail. What a bunch of losers. Get well mannered people because we pay for what we want and its not free. buisness should have no sentiments. USPS you suck.

i dont know who delivers on my route. but i have had several packages either delivered to the wrong address or just plain lost. The mail never comes before 3pm and sometimes doesnt even show. anytime i call, anyone who answers is either extremely unhelpful and rude or they have no clue how to help. why are there people employed that havent a clue how to do their job? bit thats only if i get an answer. Most times the phone just rings until i get upset enough to hang up. and the very nerve of usps, saying they arent responsible for losing my packages... are you insane? 110% of the responsibility falls on you. This is the worst service out there.

Horrible place. RUDE counter help. Always a long line because they just cant seem to figure out they need to have at least 2 at the counter...and the delivery people cant read addresses! Ive gotten mail for the lady in the next road over who has my same house numbers. FOR FIVE FRICKEN YEARS NOW....Im so tired of walking to her house to get her HER mail. At least Ive made a friend. Its not my place to deliver mail. ITS YOURS. GET IT TOGETHER!! I drive over to the WATSON office now. Saginaw POST OFFICE sucks!! Sorry to be so GRAPHIC here but Im pretty upset and no one is listening....

WORST POST OFFICE!!!! The staff is RUDE! And have ZERO knowledge of what the heck theyre doing!! I usually avoid going in but today I had to mail boxes that dont fit in the outside mailbox! 4 boxes the lady Dorothy put a piece of paper up in my face and I asked what is that for she said "labels" I stated to her I dont need labels I have pre-printed ones on the boxes ready to go just need to be scanned she was rude didnt want to scan my boxes and do her job! Wow will be calling corporate this is too much these people are ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible. Constantly getting other neighbors mail. I have had a few neighbors bring me mail and Im now missing a second package within a month. 1st time they said they would attempt to recover the package then I never heard back from them. Even after opening several cases and having them "escalated". Now a second package is missing and I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected. Opened up another case online. It is absolutely ridiculous.

I wish I could rate this post office NEGATIVE stars!!!!!!!! Absolutely most ridiculous, unprofessional, and down-right frustrating place of business I have EVER experienced in my life. The colored woman at the front basically called me a liar and could care less about trying to be helpful in ANY manner. This place should just be shut down as they have no idea what they are doing and dont care to do any more than the bare minimum and then suck at even that!

worst post office ever!!! i called trying to track my package and the man who answered me told me to call back because he was the only person working and he had a long line. i have been trying to find my package for 2 weeks now and this post office tells me that they have electronic info on my package since the 5th of febuary but they dont have my package!!! ups says they dropped it off on the 5th. no one at this post office is helping me to find it!!!
