I LOVE this Post Office. My packages ALWAYS get to where they are suppose to go and on time! I gave the NRH PO on Davis 3 strikes and I am done with them. The Colleyville PO messed up an 2 day delivery as well. I ship a lot of packages out-state. Thomas is not the most welcoming, warm hearted person, but he gets the job done correctly. Emma Jean, if I remember her name correctly, is a bright spot in the day and also get the job done correctly. I have always had good service from the substitutes as well. People are correct on the wait time. This day and age, the wait times need to be less. I would suggest installing one of the automated system where people can ship the smaller packages and buy stamps themselves. That would help cut down on wait times. I used the one in Keller all the time when I lived there. I was sad last Saturday when the PO was closed, but I waited until Monday to ship my package at this office so I know it would arrive at the right place at the right time.

Oh my gosh! This post office is THE BEST in the neighborhood! I had a next-day delivery to make, and the lady postal worker recommended the fastest and cheapest option available with a signature confirmation to boot! She was really warm and kind, unlike a lot of post offices where you feel like theyre just moving you along like cattle. If you ever need anything mailed, go to this one! Five stars for service, quickness, and expertise!

Good service mind. I got recommend to send the package in cheap way with gaurantee from old women staff.. She is very good advisor in here. I recommend this USPS is really good place ever. However, there are few stuff in the morning period , you just have to wait 5-10 mins. Thats all.

My mail has been on the mail truck for a week because of a mailbox replacement. I need my mail! I would give this experience 0 stats if possible! Finish my mailbox and deliver my mail or leave it at the damn post office so I can pick it up!

Worst Post Office Ive ever been to! Service is always slow and the workers are the most unfriendly, least helpful people I have ever had to deal with. Hopefully this will be one of the offices they close down.

I come here at least once a week and I have never seen more than one person at the counter regardless of how many people are in line. The service is ALWAYS slow.
