This is the second time I have had a problem with this location. Once last year, there apparently was some miscommunication some how Im not sure how it happened. I had made a Hold Mail request, and when I did not receive my mail, I went to the post office and learned that the carrier had did a return to sender on all of my mail! That really messed up a lot of my billing statements, car license, etc. I advised the rep that I had placed a Hold Mail Request using the yellow card. I was advised they never received it and after 5 days of delivering mail, the carrier just returned it to sender and then had the audacity to show my address as vacant. The current incident also involves a Hold Mail Request. This time I used the online request form. I received notice where they stopped the request one day early and would begin delivering a day earlier than expected. Well, Ive been waiting on my mail now for 3 days. I called the post office and was advised that the carrier thought I wanted my mail on 8-20-14, instead of 8-8-14. The rep I spoke to stated he read the request and it clearly states the 8th of August. He stated he would sit the mail on the carriers desk so it will be delivered on 8-13-14. My hold request was for 073114 to 080714. These folks are horrible at this postal location. At times, if certain reps are working I will go to the one on L Don Dodson because the reps there are more professional and personable.

I registered the apartment mailbox with my lease in my name, and was provided two new keys that would not work until the postal maintenance man changed the lock over the next two days and USPS provided no further instructions. The carrier placed the last name of my aunt which the only bill i receive happens to be in her name also. After waiting 3 weeks to receive a very important card that never came addressed to ME, I contact the USPS because after 3 months of being registered, they placed a 3rd key works in the box which USPS maintenance is supposed to place inside the box right after they change the lock due to registrations. SO THREE MONTHS LATER I get my third key!!! They kept bringing up the previous resident and that has absolutely nothing to with me nor does this resident have access. I felt as though I was under the gun and honestly will probably go to the postmaster at this point.

Its horrible my mail carrier is the worst, she has a grudge against me therefore if I leave for four days to go out of town which I do often she writes me a tacky letter puts UNCLAIMED in my box and I have to start hunting down my mail! My DL , Sons Birthday packages ,and other important mail is now lost in the system somewhere. I wouldnt be surprised if it was at her house since there are a few occasions when packages were tracked to my apts, but from carrier to apt office they somehow disappeared with not even a yellow slip to inform me of a Package was delivered. This is my first bad experience with any mail carrier / post office and its really ashame that I have to put up with this. No matter who I talk to they promise a call back ,but I never get one and when I call them dont answer.

Tired of magazines being ripped by being crammed into my mailbox. Common practice for the carrier to fold anything in half to get into the box. Matters not if its a 40 dollar book. This isnt isolated to one carrier either. Seems pretty consistent with all that deliver to our neighborhood. Usually the people at the counter inside are courteous, expedient and seem willing to help, but the carriers apparently dont give half a damn

Terrible! They NEVER answer the phone, so you have to go in person to address things like address forwards that are not being properly handled. You also cant get anywhere through their 800 number. This is why I hate the US Postal Service and do everything electronically or through other delivery services. Since they changed the carrier in my neighborhood, things have gone way down hill. I miss you, Tom W. !!!

Same game, different location. The USPS in inaction and tax dollars lacking. The workers are stressed out. Web site says 8:00, door says 8:30, worker says passports arent taken until 10:00. When asked where theres a sign that tells me that, he directed me to the web site. I told him it said 8:00. He said it hasnt been updated in 5 - 6 years. They guy was nice enough, but its the system thats awful.

Everyone I have spoken to about the issues I have been experiencing with our mail carrier and the this post office agrees. Do not move to this area, you will never get your mail. I went in on Monday and Jose said they would start redelivering my mail. I called and spoke with him again today and he said my mail carrier had been out all week. Excuse after excuse. Total Incompetence!!!

Travis was a total A$$. No wonder the USPS is going under. Made in at 5:55. This location closes at 6. He kept telling us about their operating hours on other days after we explained we both have busy schedules. We apologized for coming in last minute. He said "theres always someone". Why arent any locations open later? People work during the hours they are open.

Just terrible. Have had a piece of mail waiting to go out since Monday its now Saturday and it still hasnt been touched. My daughters school pictures should have been delivered by now and they arent. Watched the carrier walk through my yard and past my house to my neighbors house Wednesday and they didnt even glance this way (i was standing in my driveway)

There is a lady in the afternoon that is very polite and accommodating but everyone else is unprofessional and rude. Especially the flamboyant guy that is always complaining. The only reason this office gets two stars is the grading curve.The Euless office on Ector is slightly worse due to the amount of theft over there.

October 13, 2015 Still waiting on my mail from an online mail hold from October 10, 2015. Just spoke with Sheryl ( major attitude) asking why my mail wasnt delivered as promised and she blew up. Very unprofessional, rude yelled at me. She should find another profession not dealing with the public.

Do not trust posted hours of operation. After driving 15 miles, arrived to discover the passport office would not be accepting applications (website said 4:30). Lines were shorter than Arlington but believe it may be due to the false advertising and poor management exhibited at this location.

The carrier delivered my package to wrong house(even though tracking says it was delivered to us) and after being asked TWICE was totally indifferent..could have cared less...BUT..the carrier supervisor found my pkg with GPS (barcode) and personally delivered it to us! Thank you J(supervisor)

Terrible service. 8 people in line and 1 person working the desk. Just needed to by a specific book of stamps for wedding invitations. It is 2015 if you are not going to staff people at least make it possible to buy different types of stamps from a self service machine.

People are rude in here they sure fire all the people and get people that need a job and will be happy to help others they really need to do something all of the people in there are rude will keep telling friends how bad this place sucks.
