I had all of my paperwork gathered and prepared for a passport renewal, according to the government website. When I sign in at the Post Office there is a sheet that says "must have all of your paperwork before they will see you, and they only accept CHECK OR MONEY ORDER". Well, that would have been excellent information to post on the website because most people do not carry checks in their wallet or purse. The downtown Fort Worth location accepts cards, cash and check. This is very frustrating because I came prepared (even made front/back copy of my drivers license), and had a one year old daughter i brought. Total waste of our time to drive home for my check book that hasnt been used in a year ! Please, post the requirements online for people to make the process more smooth and convenient !!!!! Please.

Horrible customer service. I was told on the phone that as long as I was in line by closing time they would be able to process a passport. I took off work early so I could make it and get a passport for my daughter. I was waiting my turn in the office by 4pm (passport office closed at 4:30). Just before 4:30 I was told they could not see me because the people they were processing would take them past 4:30.

I tried fror 30 minutes to come up with the closest us post office for where i am in grapevine thru yellow pages and map quest et al and they couldnt give me any more then a few. It was crazy and very frustrating. went on google and I find the post office I needed in aboiut 1 minute. thanks guys. Google is usually the one I go to first . oy vey. thanks.

The marker on this map is not showing the location of 1501 Hall Johnson Rd, but rather some address in Watauga. Type in 1501 Hall Johnson Road, Colleyville TX into the google maps and it shows a completely different location. I have yet to find out if either of these locations are actually post offices.
