I never thought Id write a review about a post office, but I am going to. This is THE worst post office I have ever encountered. In all my years of dealing with post offices, and other government offices, this is one of the worst. My daughter lives there and I sent a package to her that was lost somewhere and finally go there two weeks late, after my granddaughters birthday. When I called to check on it, the first time, no one answered. When I called back, the woman who answered told me that no one could help me or take my call because they were having an "emergency" at the post office. What a laugh. I could not find anything in their local news about any emergency. Now, I have sent my daughter two books. The first was lost and never got there and I suspect it was lost at the HC post office. Now I have sent her another book which was supposed to be delivered last Saturday. On the tracking it says that it was out for deliver then. NOW that status has been changed that it wont be delivered until June 27th. Supposedly two weeks AFTER the post office received it. I dont know what the do there and what happens with the mail, but I will do my best to never send another thing through them. UPS and Fed Ex will do. THIS is why our post offices are done for.

This post office is terrible. They refuse to deliver mail. They refuse to deliver forwarded mail. Carlos claimed to be the Post Master when we called and asked to speak to the Post Master. He later recanted in a second call when we told him George another employee said he was not the Post Master. He said he did not know who the Post Master was. We went to pick up our mail and Felipe would not give us our mail because my employee drivers licence address did not match the address of her work place even though he had just spoke with her and said he had located the mail that could not be found in prior days. Felipe lied about the pick up time. he said we could only pick up mail between 8:30 and 9:30. The box that was found had a big yellow note on it that said "DO NOT DELIVER MAIL" No written notice was given before they stopped delivering our mail. They returned mail as undeliverable address from my customers and vendors. Do not trust this post office to help your business. They will lie and do what they can to hurt you if you do not fall in line.

Didnt deliver my package, constantly with my roommates packages never being left at our house. This place is so stupid. Seriously I order a package leave it at my door. I WORK... MON - FRIDAY I have no time to come into the post office this place is a joke just for the fact that they want me to waste my time coming into pick up something they leave a notice on the door but cant just bring it to my door. Im so unhappy. Even when I wasnt ordering my entire house hold is upset because their packages are never delivered. We are at home sometimes... and they leave a notice and we are like??? Why we were home and they never deliver anything. Its so upsetting and theres nothing we can do about it.

I only gave one star because you cant give negative ones! No one ever answers the phone. When you go in, they look at you like your the dumbass. I guess my 2 year old should apply because she can do a better job then they can! This is yet the 3rd time someone in my household has had a "been delivered" package and yet has not received it. If you cant read, write, count or have common sense, by all means, apply now! This is ridiculous to say the least. Every time you call and someone does answer they take your info and never call back! Please do HC a favor and just shut down...or better yet, hire toddlers cause they can do better than you!

This place is fine, as long as your just mailing stuff. I lost my mailbox key one time, and went there for a replacement. They kept telling me that I would need to talk to my landlord about it. I told them, I own my house, and this is where I got my original mailbox key. They kept asking me if I was sure, and kept referring to my landlord. I OWN my house!!!! Once it got through to them, they said, well, whats your address?, we need to check if we even serve you. Um, hello, I already said this is where i came and received my original mailbox key!!!! After a long time, they FINALLY got it, and I was able to go about my day!

My experience has been positive. When there are long lines, additional staff asks if only stamps or mail pickup is needed, step out of the line for help. Gloria has always been gracious & helpful especially,as well as friendly. Ive seen her be firm with language barriers, saying to an Asian man he would need his english-speaking son to read the notice to him to clear up the confusion. They take the time for each person, which in todays attitude of "instant" response, shows compassion & concern. It cant be easy working in a downsizing environment & I appreciate their service.

The people there are a joke. the tracking number says they delivered my package in the morning, there was mail but no package. I called 3 different days and all 3 times they get my information and say they will call back, but not once have they called me. I file a claim online for lost package and it is denied because it says the package was delivered. so I am out money and still have not been given any help from the Haltom post office. they can care less and are just there for a paycheck. I have never had an issue with any other post office in fort worth areas.

(went to the usps on Aug. 29th) The new worker there was only worried about being fast paced, when I wanted to send an overnight package she didnt ask me the options that I can choose from, she put in everything on her own quickly and the total came out higher than usual. She also messed up another one of my packages with the sticker barcode almost covering the receivers name, and all she said was "oh sh*t... well thats okay" please train her to do better!!

I have a po box at this location and I will likely be shipping things out mostly at this location. As far as Ive noticed, they have been very nice and do their job well. They hire new staff that seem to be lost constantly and those new people do not get checked on, they have to constantly ask for help or wait until someone is available to help them.

I sent a package here and it was undeliverable. I called to have this sorted out, and no one answered 5 of my calls. When I finally did get through, I was on hold for 15 minutes before I just hung up. I called again and was on hold for 20 minutes. Eventually it did get sorted out.

These people are the worst. I called two times and got two different people. I asked about bulk mail permit payment. Neither person knew what that was, put me on hold and never came back. Pitiful "dont care" government employees.
