Agree with the person below me, light skin lady with poofy hair was extremely rude and unprofessional . I asked her a simple question about a booklet of stamps and she acted so condescending and rude, completety uncalled for and unnessecary . I work customer service and that is not how you treat a customer. Especially one who is being polite to you in the first place. USPS of Watauga you really need to get that employee under control.

I had a pretty unpleasant trip there yesterday. I only wanted to get some information on how to set up and go about making a P.O Box under an alias name, and once I said it she gave a very extreme reaction and made a big deal about it. Everyone in the room probably heard my situation and it was embarassing considering how simple the question was. Extremely unprofessional and I will not be returning.

I just wanted to mail a gift. I had my kids with me and received no consideration nor assistance. I was also never greeted but watched as others were. After having to go back in line 4xs and be there for an hour I still remained optimistic until they tried to sell me a roll of tape when I only needed 2 little pieces my old post office was just above and beyond I guess.

Went by a couple weeks ago to get a package shipped off. One lady at the register and she flew through guests in no time and in about 10minutes, I was at the counter. Ive never been in and out of a post office so fast and with exceptional service.

The older lady with a squeaky voice is always unpleasant. Please coach her. This post office is the nearest to me, but i dread going in it because of her lack of professionalism.
