9 times out of 10 when I go on the USPS website to print and ship postage for Priority mail and schedule a pickup at my front door, this NEVER gets completed without my calling and /or rescheduling. Case in point: last week, I had a box ready for pickup and I contacted the post office on Weber. First, the phone rang for several minutes. I said what I was calling about and a female supervisor picked up and got my address saying she would be right over to get it. It wasnt until the next afternoon before it was picked up. So much for paying for 2 day delivery. It happened again today. I called and got the same female who assured me that she gave the request to my postman and he was just running late. Well, he never came. What does it take to get these people to do this part of their job??!!

I get emails thats a tracking number has been delivered and yet they delivered it to the wrong house and then it takes another day or two for them to figure out what house its at. We have a community mailbox at the corner of Lake Tahoe and Wolf Creek for about the 23rd time in 2016 another adressees mail was in my box. For instance today 8405 was in my box which is 8402. There is even a label to tell them whose mailbox this is and still get it wrong. When you complain you never get to talk to the postmaster and the employees just hide behind their Union. When you ring the bell for the special service Dutch door you can stand there for 5 minutes and nobody will answer it. Management Kerr nothing but this establishment. Its good to be a monopoly.

Dear USPS, The phone at this location rang and rang and rang and rang for over three minutes multiple times, and then all of a sudden the line was busy. Answer your phone! This is NOT how any USPS should be, there should at least be an answering machine after you let it ring for 3+ minutes, yet I have hardly been able to get through to half of them around the country lately. What is going on at the official United States Postal Service locations? Does no one consider their job worth it anymore even though you are still protected by the government? Maybe you need to hire folks that actually want to do their job. No wonder everyone wants to ship through UPS and FedEx nowadays. Sincerely, An Unsatisfied (yet still loyal) Customer

First of all, we havent been able to get our package from the cluster box. Theres been a key broken in the lock for at least a MONTH. It appears that is going to remain that way. I attempted to call the post office this afternoon. At which time i had to listen to the phone ring for at least 3-4 minutes without an answering system to pick up or even a human for that matter. This is RIDICULOUS! I should be able to get my package!!

This post office has a record of delivering packages to the wrong addresses, both to the wrong door step & to the wrong mailbox. They dont follow through when saying they will take corrective action, and as far as I can see, dont take their jobs seriously. Whenever possible, if you live in the area served by this post office, I would highly recommend getting your items delivered by a service other than the USPS.

Ive already filed numerous complaints about this office with the USPS. They never answer their phones when youve got a package missing, and if you call enough times I guess they just disconnect the line. You have to go in in person to get your stuff delivered correctly, but youll never get an explanation as to what happened in the first place.

Ive gone in 5 times and called many times to complain that im not getting my mail, these people make every excuse to why im not getting it including blaming it on me.ive heard other people complaining also that theyre not gettingtheir mail.the manager there including the employees dont know how to do their jobs.....pick up your dang phone.

Wow!!! This the lady at the front was rude as hell.. As soon as I walked to the counter she rolled her eyes and didnt look or sound like she wanted to here. I asked for some tape and said well we dont do that here so your going to have to either purchase some tape or come back. Customer service is out the window these days.

Customer service is very poor. The other lady was nice, she told us she will tape it for free but the other lady was very rude she told us that tape is not suppose to be free, her name is Delia Garcia. She type so slow too.

Its horrible my package was sent to La Feria Tx then back to Corpus then sent to McAllen tx wtf cant they get things right!!! Now I wont have my package for Christmas!

You can do almost anything you need to do on the kiosk in the lobby after hours including mailing boxes of Christmas gifts at 10pm.
