A package from QVC was shipped from them on 5/25/17 and received at the WFPO on May 31 and still has not been delivered to me. I placed another QVC order 2 days after this one and that package was shipped on 5/28/17 and delivered to me on June 1 - exact same delivery options as always - and I order a lot from QVC. Both items were ordered for an upcoming trip so I am sure glad I did not wait to order at the last minute. Even though the delivery address is Fargo it should not take that long to get from WF to Fargo . . . . maybe they expect me to come and get it???Not happy with WF PO.

So our entire neighborhood mailbox has completely been blown over by the wind. So at least 12 homes have their mail in a box that cant be accessed. We have all called multiple times, but because the phone line rings busy from 8-5 because the USPS is always on conference calls and they refuse to get a phone line that customers can call in on, they dont even know that there is an entire unit snapped off and laying on the ground. A passerby could load up the entire unit and just take off with it.

I live just 20 minutes or so out of West Fargo in Barnesville, MN. When I order packages online, they always have to go through Fargo first. However, it usually only takes about another day for me to receive the packages. Ive been tracking mine online and theyve both been here since Wednesday. Its Sunday now. Maybe they are all backed up, I dont know, but I have never had to wait this long for my packages to go from Fargo to Barnesville.

first thing i had a package that was suppose to be delivered but when i looked up the tracking it said that the place it was going to was closed which is impossible since it was going to my work and i work at a hotel and it is never closed. When i tried to call the West Fargo USPS all day today they would pick up and hang up on me. I myself will be using fed ex or ups from now on.

This has to be one of the worst post offices in the country. They continually lose packages and do absolutely nothing to resolve the problem. I will be calling the cops and reporting my missing packages as stolen.
