This is the WORST communication and customer service I have EVER experienced with any type of business, let alone a postal office. I called for 30 minutes straight today, their phone hung up on me 5 times, their doing or the phones? I have never once had a call go through to them, I have to drive 30 minutes across town just to tell them my "delivered" package is not delivered. This has happened before and it was nothing but negligence by my postman who didnt put the larger mailbox key into my mailbox and so my packages sat for nearly a week until I went to the post office and complained. By the time I got home, the package had been delivered to my door. Everyone who works here has to be forced to do their job correctly. Absolutely unbelievable that this place is so negligent to their customers who have a lot of money invested in packages they are both sending and receiving. -1,000,000 rating.

The post office keeps putting packages down as delivered, but I never get them. The first time it turns out the package was sent back to the sender (even though the post office showed it as delivered), other times I dont know whats happening. Maybe its going to the wrong apartment # and those people arent turning it back to the office of usps or someone at the USPS in Corpus is taking my packages. I have also received two packages that appeared to have been open on the corners (to see if they were worth stealing? idk) I have reported these cases to USPS, but in the year I have lived her nothing has gotten better. When you try and call the local office to figure out whats going on they dont answer the phones and if you do get a hold of them all they say is "well it shows here that it was delivered..." Ive learned if it is something important us UPS or FedEx, but dont trust the local USPS!!!

I surprise-sent my sister her favorite Girl Scout Cookies to her college (which is literally 45 minutes away from my college) and the package was returned to me two days later due to insufficient address. I triple-checked the address and it was correct, but I added directions to her apartment. The package comes back to me after 5 days, claiming "insufficient address" once again. It is very simple to read a full address and delivery directions, but they cant even understand something as simple as that. I decided to keep the package the 2nd time. The bubble package was dented and squished, and had a tear in the middle. I cookie boxes were smashed and one even fell out of its own box! Very disappointed, especially since I paid a grand amount of money for shipping, but even more at the fact that I couldnt even surprise my sister on her birthday.

Negative 10 stars... I have requested re-delivery of a certified letter to my home 3 TIMES over the course of 3 weeks and the letter STILL has not been delivered! I spoke directly with the "supervisor" Stephanie twice and she ASSURED me the letter would be delivered ... twice! Although someone remained at home ALL DAY for 3 Saturdays in a row... they NEVER EVEN TRIED TO RE-DELIVER THE LETTER! Now I am trying to call, and as usual... NO ANSWER! The US Postal Service wonders why people no longer use them???? Get a clue and realize that we will not put up with such dismal service and outright disrespect. I will be taking off from work in order to meet with ANYONE who is above this so-called "supervisor" to see WHY my certified letter NEVER MADE IT TO ME!

Seriously, let the usps fail if this is how they treat people. Phone line has been busy for four days straight. I put in a complaint about a missing package online and here it is, a week later, and no notice from them about it. I called the postal office in WI (where my package was shipped from), and they explained that the file I put it for investigation was RESOLVED that same day! BUT NO INFORMATION WAS GIVEN!?! Now I know my package is somewhere, but I cant get a hold of anyone. Online services are down, phones are busy, its well past a holiday. There is no excuse for handling someone elses property like this!

Worst expirences ever. WORST! People there are very rude. My mail delivery always has more issues than I have with this poor excuse for a post office. Im not sure what their problem is but if you dont want to be working, YOU SHOULDNT BE WORKING THEN!! Its very frustrating. Especially when you even try calling to save them the confrontation and they just pick up the phone at that darn place and hang straight up!! If your thinking of moving to this location, STAY AWAY or get a box else where. Shut this place down already. Nobody seems to be wanting to work there and do their job anyways!!! Pathetic

Unfortunatly I had to come down to the post office because no one ever answered the phone. I was forced to stand around for hours in the body odor and fear. Finally I was able to talk to a disgruntled man with an inexpensive hair cut and no friends. He informed me that my package may be in the back...he wasnt sure. He traveled to the back to converse with other postal workers, all of which came from bad families. He returned to tell me that my package traveled hither and yon all across this great nation on the wrong aircraft. Priority 3 day service at its finest.

July 27 2016. We have a new delivery person and they must not no what they are doing or they dont care. I have been receiving mail that belongs to different addresses on this block. Since they have started I have had three packages not show up, thats never happened before. Just now I put a Netflix DVD to return thru mail order and the idiot mail person dropped it on my porch. Lazy it has to get delivered you lazy idiot. Your getting paid by tax payers to do a a federal job and your messing with peoples mail in a way that isnt on your job description.

I just added a picture of my breakable item barely sitting on the door of my mailbox with the short distance and the 15 seconds it wouldve taken them to walk up to my front door. Someone is home all the time to accept packages. The fact that my mail was also exposed and the fact that one of my orders isnt in there shows how much this post office cares about your mail and packages. Ive been trying to call so I can speak to the postmaster for over an hour now and the lines been busy. Awful service and so disrespectful to their customers.

For the fourth time since Ive lived at my current address, (3 years) the key they put in my box doesnt open any of the doors for the package boxes. Im obviously not the only one with this problem as the key is bent, then. ...it busts off in the lock! ! The package I paid "second day" for has been in the stupid package box for a WEEK!!!! Ive tried calling, no one ever answers. Ive left notes in the outbox for the postman, nothing. Worst service ever!! They know the package boxes are junk! They just dont care.
