The staff is usually upbeat and joking, this helps when wait times are 5-10 minutes long on average. I usually go inside for service, in the morning between 9AM - 10:30AM. Do NOT go during lunch, the line can be very long, sometimes waiting 20 minutes or more.

I love this post office I went on with something that I needed packaged and send off & I told the lady that was behind the counter that I wasnt any good at boxing things and she put the tap on the box for me. I just wanted to thank her so very much.

Staff is always friendly. There is sometimes the wait but that should be expected. Ive had nothing but excellent customer service there. I find that the staff goes out of their way to help you when you have questions or concerns about deliveries.

They suck at not picking up the phones when people call them especially my husband calling them so he can check on his package. I guess they dont care about customers calling in. Its so unprofessional to the max.

I go in frequently and staff is ALWAYS friendly. They are efficient and fast pace. I think the longest Ive ever had to wait was 5 mins. I appreciate all the hard work they do! Keep up the great service.

The address for this location is correct. It is at the corner of 2nd and Waco. Broadway is not the east/west dividing street. Main is. So if you go 3 blocks west of MAIN street then you will find Waco.

I always have a good experience physically going there but seriously, I wish someone would answer the phone! They need to get more lines or something so they can answer more people, this is ridiculous!

google maps address is incorrect. the location for this post office is actually further west at the corner of 2nd and waco. i learned the hard way.

Sometimes there is no line, other times the line moves slowly, but I always get good service, whether picking up a package or buying stamps.

So far, my experiences dropping by have been perfect. Friendly people and not a huge line, even at the rush right before closing.
