For the past few months, we have received mail that is not ours, and have lost bills and packages because they were delivered to a different address. The new driver does not attempt to see if someone is home for a package that needs a signature, she will just leave a "Sorry we missed you" notice in the mailbox and drive off. The job is not getting followed through like it should. My family has lost two packages within the last two weeks. Someone is not taking their job seriously. This is a huge problem that needs to be fixed, unless the Moody post office would like to compensate us for the late fees that get added onto our bills because we dont receive them in the mail, or the lost packages we dont recieve.

Our neighbors get our mail more often than we do. The rest of our mail we dont get at all. Have been nice and reported this 4 times, and still have strangers bringing my mail over, or just not getting it at all. Has caused us alot of headaches with insurance co., bank, etc...also have had to get new debit cards twice because of fraud-could it be because my bank info is going God knows where? ***Update: They told us the carrier got this put in his personnel folder, and now have had 4 incidences(that we KNOW of) in the last 2 weeks where our mail was returned to sender as undeliverable even though it has the correct address on it. Retaliation? Going back up there...

They charge more than Hewitt, Eddy and Temple to ship ,our first class mail gets lost at times . Packages are posted as delivered when they have taken it back to post office by mistake are delivered to a neighbor even though our mail box and neighbors is clearly marked on both sides very frustrating weve been dealing with this for a year .

We live in Temple TX and wanted to apply for passport for my newborn. Temple USPS did not had any open appointment slot for next couple weeks. So, we called Moody USPS and got the appointment the same day and the staff were very friendly. We were done with the process including photo within 10 - 15 minutes. Awesome!!! Thank you!!!

February 11 2017 I dont know whos the mail Carrier today on Alexander rd but didnt pick my mail up and the red flag was up. This happens all the time wrong mail in the box my mail in someones box. This is getting very old

I sent something trough Moody USPS and I have had it never showed up and and I call and they say that the tracking number they gave me doesnt work or its not theres this is not helping at all Moody is bad.

If you need to get a passport go to Moody, TX Post Office. They are friendly and fast. I drove from Killeen and was in and out of there in 15 min.

Very best place to get PASSORTS. worth the 45 minute trip not to have to go to the big city post offices. staff are very nice too.

It was easy to get a passport. I also like the stamps . If I need to mail things they have good stamps.
