The staff here is horrible so rude they need to hire people that wanna do there job and have good customer service. I went in today and stood in the front of the line the lady that worked there made straight eye contact with me and decided to attend the lady behind me. So rude! Then she didnt even apologize to me she acted as if i was nobody! I then told her I wanted to drop off a package and if i could get my tracking receipt and she said if i wanted to take a picture instead!!!!!! I said no can you please print me a receipt and she did Rudley! Then as I was about to make my way out the door I told her nicely "next time your not sure who was first in line you should say I can help whoever is next instead of assuming the person behind me was next. She didnt say a word to me. So as I was leaving I heard her start talking about me to a customer it was crazy! I still cant believe it! Whoever does the hiring really needs to hire someone who wants to work and do there job the right way. I will never ever step foot in this post office again thanks to that lady I didnt get her name but she was an older thin lady, with short short black hair and glasses.

Rudest staff ever. They never answer their phone so when I went there to submit a passport renewal, I was told the agent that does this was booked until sometime in APRIL!!!!!! Well, I could have saved myself a trip if theyd just answered their stupid phone. Went to the post office on Hwy 6, walked right in and was taken care of right away at the counter by the nicest lady (Christine). The large short Mexican gal in the Hewitt office needs to be fired or taught some serious customer service skills. If I didnt have a box there, I wouldnt go back.

Just left this location after trying to drop off a postage paid package. When I asked for a receipt I was told it would cost me $1.35. For a receipt. I have had to call twice in the last month about lost mail at our home - I am not dropping off ANYTHING without confirmation, but I certainly am not paying to receive comfirmation. Both postal workers were rude on top of enforcing this ridiculous rule - will take my business to FedEx or UPS before I will set foot in that post office again.

Rude staff. I went to try to pick up a package that I needed. I was told they couldnt do anything until the following day. The package was at the facility, she went and looked at it. But I couldnt have it, because they needed to scan it.... They could have scanned it and let me pick it up. UPS has the best customer service.

Im sitting in my kitchen and heard a loud thud at my door so I go look and see what it is. The mailman literally chunked my package at my door from the road. Mu box is dented from having HIT MY FRONT DOOR. Because why? Youre to lazy to walk 20 yard? It seems like you hire wonderful people.

Spent 20 minutes trying to call them about an important package, phone would ring a few times and somebody would pick up the phone and then hang it back up.

Why dont they answer the phone? One night I went to drop off at the after hours box and there was tons of mail sticking out the top.
