Customer service here is horrible, I laugh every time their slogan comes on. "The post office you can trust" They do need to do a better job monitoring who they hire, i really dont see how some of them even get a job as a postal worker, 1st off i have been calling them for 3 days and their number was constantly busy like not even ringing, ended up getting through to a human today (who answered the phone laughing and talking in the background) I was explaining my issue.. after she said My name is blah, blah, how may i help you when in mid sentence she cut me off and said " you need to talk to supervisor hold on" CLICK* and i remained on hold for 30 min (nobody ever answered, i then drove up there on my lunch break since they close before i get off and waited in line (2 customers ahead of me, but they couldnt answer), while waiting i observed how the guy working would look at the next person in line and not say "How can i help you?" or "next person", just looked at them, like dude they are not here just to look at you help them dang, then got to the front and asked to speak to a supervisor, waited there for 30 when one of the workers was like " why do you need to see supervisor?", i explained my issue and he was like you dont need to see supervisor for that and im like well ok thats what i was told over the phone and he gave me my answer to my problem just by saying they arent going to refund you because you dont have packaging label and handed me my papers and turned around .. OMG .. i hate USPS so much they have some of the rudest customer service people, they dont care about your lost misplaced packages or anything, i have been going through hoops because they gave me the wrong information and made me pay for something i didnt have to pay for its ridiculous ! Its not even about the amount its the face they just DONT CARE ! Its not the people that deliver the mail its the people sitting down in the air conditioned building, idk who they think they are

Wow. Thats really ALL I can say. Mail man claims to have rang the door bell. I was outside in the back yard taking my dogs out to use the bathroom before GOING TO WORK and I only knew he was out there because my dog kept barking and going to the front door. I have a Italian mastiff who will not allow strangers near our house because we have trained him to protect me when my husband is away (my business not anyone elses!) and so I had to put my dog up before I could open the door. (Maybe 20 seconds time) went outside and he was getting back in his truck. There was a note that fell out of my door and I said excuse me sir, did you have something for me? He said girl (like I was a child) didnt you hear me ring the doorbell? I said no I did not I was out the back with my dogs and he said well you could have said hang on a second. I said well you wouldnt have heard me anyway because my dog was barking. He said yeah I would have too because I heard your dog! He proceeded to explain to me that he didnt know if I was aware of this or not but not everybody got to lay around the house all day-some people had a job to do. As an army wife, I TOTALLY understand that people have jobs to do. I MYSELF have a job to go to which I was on my way to at that moment. I called the Killeen post office and the supervisor not only yelled at me but explained to me as well that he did have a job to do and that he was on a schedule. I am not at all in shock of the service I received from the worker since this is the way I was treated by the SUPERVISOR! To say I am disgusted with this "business" would be a literal understatement. Such a trashy, unprofessional business.

HORRIBLE service! Weve been here for 2 weeks and have not had a stitch of mail delivered. A pkg containing rhinestones for a wedding menu order that was supposed to be delivered on the 11th is nowhere to be found and here it is the 17th. Went to the post office yesterday and spoke with the "manager" who rudely greeted us in a skin tight dress that went well above the knee. I was basically told it sucks to be you, after I explained to her I need these rhinestones TODAY or my bride will have no menus for her wedding on Sunday. Mailman claims to of left a notice in our mail box. 1) I was here ALL DAY on the 11th, no notice was left 2) why would he need to leave a notice in our box for a small padded envelope with no signature required for delivery? While we were standing there waiting for the manager to come back, we witnessed the other 2 clerks get rude with another customer who ended up walking out. The first time we went to the PO to find out where the package was, the clerk walked behind the counter and literally came right back out, informing me she looked in all 6 places it could be and its not there. How does one look in 6 places in less than 5 seconds? Im now forced to fork out the money monthly for a box at the UPS store. Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!

The USPS lets me down yet again with this sorry excuse for a post office. I had my mail temporarily forwarded per the USPS suggestion since I was going to be away from my residence for more than 30 days. I should have known this was a bad idea since my mail gets mixed up enough without adding the extra step of forwarding to another address. Some of my mail was lost including a package.(Note, it was accidentally sent to my home address even though I specifically told this person to deliver it to my forwarding address. Shouldnt have been a problem, however.) I went to inquire about my package since it had been close to 2 months since it was supposed to have been delivered. I spent an hour being talked down to my workers, told to wait to speak with supervisor, finally spoke with him, and then waited around just for him to tell me he couldnt find it. The ineptitude of the USPS has reached an all time low. There should never have been a problem forwarding mail service, yet here I am dealing with the rude workers to no avail. Im sure someone else is enjoying the clothes that are now deemed "lost." Seems convenient that things can go missing and that nothing can be done about that. Hmm...

I set up for two boxes to pick up at my door, on the first box i went in there the following day, and they had me fill out complaint paper-work, and they told me supervisor would get with within 24 HRS. Nope I went back on the third day, and stood there waiting on the supervisor for 20 mins, and thats after they rang their little buzzer 3 times. And she said Ill handle it and to watch out for packages at my address, well they get computer print out every morning to give to the carrier of the day. Needless two later I has another box for them to pick nothing for three days it sat out in the HOT TEXAS which I love, NOT and no one came. So I went back down there on that third day, I think they know me by now, so I set appt: with the post master, and he assured me hell get to the bottom of this matter why the boxes didnt get pick up. And never have gotten phone call feed-back. This is the worst by far post office Ive ever used, Ill take my business else were, like Fed-ex, or UPS. Because these people Suck, with a capitol S. Oh and P.S. I had to hit a star to summit this.
