This is without a doubt the absolute worst post office in the history of correspondence. I called once to ask if my package was there to pick up and I had recently changed my address but Im in the military so I move around and I told them my ID didnt have my new address yet but I had several IDs I could use to prove it was my mail and the broad on the phone told me she would personally make sure I didnt get my mail. I was appalled. Luckily I spoke to someone else once I got there and got my mail but thats terrible customer service, and from a federal employee. They are disgusting. My packages are ALWAYS late. Not once have they arrived on time. They are so behind on delivering they contract out 3rd party couriers. So a non-postal employee is handling my mail. I once walked up to one and asked if my package had arrived because tracking showed that it was "out for delivery" and it wasnt at my door or in the mailbox with the other mail I picked up and the courier, who confessed to not working at that post office that he was just filling in, said if it wasnt there it wasnt out for delivery but I spotted my package in the mail vehicle. (The place where I bought it from has specific packaging) and I confronted him about it and he said " sorry Im just filling in and Im already tired, I didnt notice it". My eyes widened. I cant believe how disgusting and unorganized, and on top of all how LAZY they are. They need to re-staff EVERYONE. Maybe Ill actually get my packages on time or at all.

I live in an apt complex and before our ORIGINAL mail carriers route was change we had NO PROBLEMS! He was very sweet always had nice conversation we never had someone elses mail in our mailbox and anytime we ordered something it was delivered in a timely fashion. Now since his route has changed the person we have is careless! Anytime I order a big package now i NEVER get it when it says delivered on the date its supposed to be deliverd on. I always get it 1-2 weeks after. And in between that time im calling the post office for answers after i checked my leasing office several times and end up getting nothing but attitudes and dead ends when Im polite and respectful is very unappreciated. This has happened 4x too many and Im extremely frustated and annoyed that i may have to start getting my packages deliverd to work instead of my own home! Maybe if you guys see its going to a business instead of a residents you guys will do your job correctly and Ill actually get my package on time instead of having to hunt for it.

Honestly, if you realize that there are a lot of people that use this location and, regularly, you have people who dont try to be quick about their business, then you feel and understand the frustrations that arise on both ends... And yet, theyre usually cordial and as prompt as can be. I came on to review the place because a package was indicated as delivered at my mailbox but it was not there. Today, the fellow whom I spoke to mentioned that he would go to the location of my neighborhood boxes after speaking to the mailman. I got home to my awaited package! Id never heard of someone doing that but i was overjoyed after waiting several days for it. Excellent work! Good people work there, folks, we just have to be a little patient sometimes too.

employees were very rude. I made a point to let each and everyone know how I felt about them. When I asked about the change of address form I was met with a rude response so I was rude back claiming that she didnt what us in here because we were white. I was wanting in line and another customer asked the employee to repeat herself and she did, but yelled at him at the top of her lungs so I butt in and told the employee that, thats not the way that you talk to paying customers. I told her that she represents the federal government and that her and rest of the employees I had to deal with was making the federal government really weak and stupid

The employees are very courteous and friendly but they definitely need more help. This Post Office is always extremely busy but doesnt have enough employees to accommodate the large amount of customers on a daily basis. This makes services extremely poor because the employees can only do so much at one time. They NEVER answers the telephone and takes forever to come to the door for package pickup. One frustrated business customer.

Postal Clerk # 12 who is a tall black guy with an unshaven face acts more like a street pimp, not a professional employee, so avoid him if you can. There are some good people who work there, but for the most part the entire U.S. Postal Service needs some competition. Which is why it should stop being a government run monopoly. I would like an alternative, private Post Office where I could go and enjoy doing business.

There are some really nice folks at this location (the stars are for them) BUT the carriers for my neighborhood are just TRIFLING. Bulk packages are left leaning against the mailbox on the wet ground (several times) and when they do decide to leave bulk packages at the door, the carrier drives up the driveway, yapping on the phone loudly, and will then SIT and finish her conversation in the driveway. BEYOND SOULFUL.

This post office is a racial hell hole, My carrier likes to sign my name to things and when your dealing with shipped meds somethings turned up missing. I am at the point to where I want to move just to get rid of this mailman and post office. You cant reach them by phone and I am a retired military member to put up with this while I served 16 years.

Mail carrier is very nice and friendly. However, I have experienced several times where I get my neighbors mailed delivered to me. My mail some how didnt make it to me. Then sometimes they dont give me all of my mail and have to come back and give me the rest. Not a good eye for detail and need to pay more attention to whose mail you are delivering.

Very rude , disrespectful , and lazy. They will hang up on you every time. They get mad at you for asking a simple question about anything. I am now starting to refuse to order anything from anyone that will ship through usps. I have three different items from three different people and they have all been stuck here for a month now.

They keep losing my mail. They have a customer service number. But nobody you talk to on the customer service will ever talk to anyone at that location. No communication. The worst service ever. I dont think anyone at that location cares at all about anything. That place needs completely new management and employees

This is the worlds worst post office! Zero customer service skills! Slow to do their job but quick to argue! They dont bring all my mail or deliver it all over the neighborhood but my house. They dont scan packages I send out so my business has taken a hit. Just horrible!!!

they brought me a package opened and just left the device without its components. I cant even call, no phone here. there has been several times when they have shipped my stuff to a different house. you can easily tell where they took off the tape to look what was inside
