We used to have a fantastic mailman, but now there is a new carrier and issues with our package delivery have become increasingly more frequent. Most recently I was expecting a large Amazon Prime package and it was marked delivered (at a time way later than when we typically get USPS), but it wasnt there. Its going on 3 days since the delivery confirmation and it still hasnt shown up. We get the same response as the reviewer below, but there are security cameras in our building and we can confirm when packages are not there. Why are carriers marking packages as delivered when they are not?! This is such a frustrating issue, I know it happens all the time and in many locations (just Google this issue), and the solution is so simple yet nothing is done. Thankfully Amazon is far easier to work with, so I wont be completely screwed if it never shows up.

Russel the tall white American Bald Headed guy is the most unhelpful person in that building. It looks like he is some type of wanna be manager or whatever but his employee helped me out instead of himself. I called his name so he could talk to my provider & he ignored me and walked off I was waiting at this post office for almost an hour or more of my time here trying to get some help while Russel is hiding in the back not caring. He actually sounds like he is telling me to get out with his tone & go to another post office. Everyone is looking at me & I want to cry but I dont. This is my second time coming here & there is no type of improvement. They stick their kindness to longterm customers & dont care about new customers.

AVOID this place, Extremely difficult to get a hold of on the phone, rude once you do & worse in person! My phone number was/is on the shipping label in TWO places (top and bottom)...said the Attempted delivery... If you had really Attempted delivery, instead of being the typical lazy USPS, SOMEONE would have called! They claimed "Business closed" just because their system tells them, way to go relying on the "System"... The delivery address is less than 5 city block away, Come on! I would like to see this office is closed down due to "Lack of funding" I will NOT be sad. Chances are it wont, because people run there like bugs to the zapper!

Trying to find out when mail would be delivered to my address. So I called them for about 30 minutes straight and it would say no one is available to take your call and hang up. So I walk to the post office and ask has a carrier delivered mail to my address. The woman at the counter says that they have no way to track their drivers. She went on to say that they wont get back until five. So from the time they start delivering mail they have no idea where there drivers are, thats not good at all. Plus they were under staffed so I stood in a line that stretched all the way to the entrance just for her to tell that basically she doesnt know.

Tried to pick up misaddressed package, they said come back later. Came back later and it had already been sent back (overseas). It was then construed as my fault for not documenting who all I had talked to, even though they had sent it back within the grace period knowing I said Id come back for it. All phones busy during business hours, so this whole thing has been incredibly miserable and eaten up hours of driving back and forth, waiting in lines, and being rudely dismissed. Now my birthday present is somewhere (permanently?) in Asia, and my friend is out the cost of it and its failed shipping. Terrible. Service.

I LIVE IN THE MAYWOOD LOFTS IN DOWNTOWN OKLAHOMA CITY AND FOR THE SECOND TIME I HAVE FOUND THE LARGE MAILBOX DOOR UNLOCKED. THIS ALLOWS ANYONE ACCESS TO ALL THE RESIDENTS MAIL. THIS IS A MAJOR SECURITY ISSUE. WHEN MY MAIL COMES UP MISSING I KNOW WHO TO BLAME. PLEASE TEACH YOUR CARRIER TO BE MORE MINDFULL AND NOT TO RUSH THROUGH THE JOB. THERE NEEDS TO BE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER SO I CAN REPORT THIS IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN AND THEY CAN SEND A SUPERVISOR OUT TO LOCK THE BOX. I KNOW THIS BOX LOCKS WITH AN " ARROW KEY ". MAYBE HE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO USE IT OR THIS WAS A SUB. WHATEVER THE ANSWER IS, THERE IS NO EXCUSE.

I am baffled at the lack of care and attention my mail carrier has. All of my neighbors and myself are constantly missing packages but they are marked delivered so nobody takes responsibility for the missing merchandise and they basically just shrug and say call the cops. You would have to go to great lengths to steal something off of my secluded and one way entrance to my doorstep and Ive found multiple packages on the ground in our driveway and under our stairs. I give up. I do not trust these people and I am changing my address so that I do not have to deal with this location any longer.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service.!! I came in to do my passport and the young lady who attended me did not know anything. I understand there is so much that you can answer questions to, but there are other ways to answer them if you "dont know". She was very unprofessional and not a hint of politeness. Unfortunately, I have to come back again. :/

This place with all the lines they have, should have more manpower manning the registers and pens by the forms to help expedite things. Ill see an occasional manager sticking their head out only to rush to the back to avoid taking care of the customers waiting 30 minutes in line. USPS is chasing their customers away.

Why dont they answer their phone?????? It rings and rings and rings and then hangs up on you if you have the patience to stay on the phone long enough. OR if you call it is busy which is obviously another person having the same problem. What is the point of having a phone USPS????? Please, I would like to know.......

Trying to locate a package and this place is impossible to deal with - does not answer phone calls, both phone numbers for them lead to NO people....automatically hangs up on call. Really frustrating - have lost two pieces of mail now with no resolve.

super rude over the phone. refuse to answer any questions. hung up on my call a number of times. wont even let me know if my package had arrived. tried to call back and the phone is constantly ringing. i am literally dreading going over there later.

I mailed off for stamps, nearly a month ago. Have written them a week ago, still no stamps, or explanation. Sent them a check. Cant tell yet if they cashed the check, but no stamps. Very frustrating. They could at least answer my letter.

When I have walked in, I have always had good friendly service. However, I called and never got an answer after constantly letting it ring for 5 minutes, then it went to a busy signal. I assume someone just picked it up and hung up.
