First off, the number listed (670-8564) will just ring and ring, you have to call 672-7851 to get somebody to answer. I have visited the location numerous times and its pretty obvious they hate their job, their life and you, the customer. The only customer service worse then this is the service our driver provides. If a car is parked in the road anywhere near your box and he has to drive around it he wont deliver your mail (even if the mail can still be delievered without getting out of his truck). On top of that, he lies to his boss about cars blocking the box and there is "no possible way to deliver the mail". Epic failure, these guys BLOW!!

I have never had a bad visit at this location but not being open on Saturday forces me to drive some distance. I understand there may be a reason but why not have a Kiosk like fond in some other locations. I can do everything I need to do from the Kiosk and choose when I go. Come on add them and become competitive or extend the hours we work to and if you cant provide the means people are going to look for other ways

Ive missed SO many packages because the mailman doesnt even knock on my door! And if he does then he doesnt knock loud enough! My room is right next to the front door, if I cant hear them knock then they arent knocking loud enough!!!

Seriously i havent got my mail for 3-4 days or have had my mail picked up! My bills are now late! I called the office about 3 times and NO ONE answered!!!! I called both numbers! They are horrible simply just HORRIBLE!!!!

Del City post office has some of the nicest and most helpful postal employees in the area. I drive out of my way to use their post office because I know I will receive good service there.

Rude workers there.One of them would treat you worse than I do my dog... If you decide to open a P.O.Box there, best to look for the other place.
