Went in to ship a package on a prepaid label, all I needed was one strip of packing tape about 18" long to seal my package and when I asked both employees looked at me like I was crazy and told me I had to buy an entire roll of tape in order for that to happen. So I stormed out and went to the location downtown, what do you know they had a tape gun loaded with packing tape for public use. This location is and has always been terrible with customer service, stay away at all costs! And to top it off they couldnt care less.

Paid $12.45 to ship Priority Mail. The postal worker must not have put the postage we purchased on the package, or they didnt stick it on good because we got the package returned to us marked No Postage. Now we have to wait for tracking to update so we can mail it again. Tracking says it left the sorting facility 90 miles away...it just doesnt say it was going back to us. What a Joke....no more USPS for us.

dont waist your time or money with USPS. Go somewhere else like UPS or Fed Ex. perfect example of government run business. horrible customer service. Supervisor was rude and didnt do much to help. said there was nothing she could do. why have a supervisor if they cant do anything to help the customer.

Needed to get in touch with someone who was doing orientation in the building and the manager acted like a asked her to do the hardest task. She was very rude and was making a scene and embarrassing me in front of everyone. So rude. She needs to be fired for the way that she treats people.

Did not answer phone. Tracking showed the package was "out for delivery" at 7am. Then it never showed. Tracking updated at 7pm to "notice left at door". Guess what? No notice was ever left, no package delivered, no one at the post office to answer the phone to help. WORTHLESS.

I cant give zero stars, but I would if I could. This post office has the worst customer service rep in the passport department. The most disrespectful and rude person ever! Do not go here for your passports, go somewhere else!

No one ever answers the phone!!! Not busy, just no answer. Does anyone actually work in there??? And this is supposed to be the MAIN post office!! No wonder the snail mail is in the state it is in!!!
