First, I got a slip that my package wasnt delivered because I wasnt home. That was a lie, I even greeted the mail carrier because I expected a package to be delivered. I should have gone through the mail rather than brush it off because they didnt hand me a package. Second, when I went to pick up the parcel at this location the gentleman assisting me has no idea where it is. I can see him through a door in the back tossing heavy packages into a bin (I hope that those people didnt receive broken items). After about 30 minutes he asks another worker for help and still nothing. Then 20 minutes pass and a third worker is with them, immediately goes to the bin that the worker tossed the packages in and grabs mine from the bottom. She hands the item and a slip to sign. No apology for the wait or for any of the other unprofessional things I witnessed as well as told her about. Thankfully my item was broken, but Im sure it was the large amounts of cushion within the box. They are a great reminder as to why I stick to FedEx and UPS.

Really BAD service! went three days in a row to find out why I havent been receiving mail for close to a month, everybody seemed careless to find out including one of the supervisors. Next day I called and one of the workers told me to call the carrier and find out on my own where is my mail!! REALLY!! If they dont know where is my mail how do I suppose to know where is it!! didnt even offer me options to prevent my mail to getting lost anymore. This people are careless what if my mail is getting stollen, or sent to the wrong address this problems needs to get solved right away!

Lazy, inconsiderate jerks! Some idiot decides to stuff a large heavy package into an apartment size mailbox!? Arent these idiots supposed to place larger items in the provided larger box and leave the key to access said package?? I need to tell you jerks HOW to do your job correctly? It isnt hard, or shouldnt be, I have never had issues with my packages until today and this better be the last. They could have just left the pink slip for me to pick up later!

I had to pick up a package that was marked undeliverable as addressed when the address is clear, AND the label clearly states leave on doorstep. What kind of idiots are working there that they cant read & follow simple directions. And mail intended for my address was delivered to the wrong address multiple times

The place I ordered from has informed me that my package should have been at my door step or in my mail box on Tuesday sep. 5th we are on Saturday sep. 9th and my package has yet to reach my front door or mailbox they are holding it and I havent received a slip to go retrieved it from from their facility

they absolutely suck. bad customer service. they do not answer the phone. I have called them 23 times in 2 days and Nothing! my mail has not been delivered in 3 Months and theyre only explanation is "Get a PO Box" instead of finding out why my mail hasnt been delivered!!! Pathetic!

There are not enough workers up front. When the employees complain to their manager they are told to apologize for their long wait and that will make everything better. Well it doesnt. And no one answers the phone. Try it call right now.

They dont carry package. Leave pink slip at mail box to pickup next day. The US needs to close them down. Contract to ups or FedEx.
