Went to get a package that was marked undeliverable in the tracking info. As usual the address was 100% correct. The older gentleman behind the counter started off courteous. He went back to check on my package and came back with the new mail carrier, and both had defensive, rude, and condescending attitudes. First question out of them was do you live here still, which I had already had told them I had lived there the last 6 months. Then they stated my name wasnt on the mailbox so I couldnt be delivered any mail there. Although fun fact they have delivered all mail to me there except packages. So long story short very rude and negative demeanor. In my opinion the mail carrier was trying to cover his laziness of not following the procedure for delivering packages that dont fit in the mailbox at our apartment. Side note the lady that came out to settle things down was great.

Visited the post office to pick up my mail after I requested my mail be held. I was expecting a package and had tracking info that said it was delivered during the time my mail was supposed to be held. Spoke to two different people who were of no help because the tracking info said my package was delivered. Beware. There is no point in setting a mail hold and the people here dont give a damn if you have proof that they didnt do their job. Based on my experience its a wonder this place operates at all.

They locked my PO box for no reason(changed locks). Then the USPS sent my package back to California because of the locked PO box. And about a week later I had another package coming from different location get lost. Takes a month for 2 day shipping......? I notified the shipper, and they sent another package now I have to drive back to the USPS to ship it back. This is very inconvenient, no wonder the USPS loses money every year!

Package was guaranteed to be delivered by 8pm on Saturday. It wasnt and when I checked the tracking it finally updated at 10:30pm stating it was being forwarded to different delivery address. I have no other address listed. Then this morning I checked again and it said that the customer requested it be delivered to different address....nope, I certainly did not. Id love to know where they up and decided to send my package to.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Terrible on a consistent basis. Never use this post office. Management is horrible and rude. Will not follow up on problems you have and are totally clueless. Dont call them... the phone will just ring forever. Everyone in the building should be fired. Should probably just level the building, cleanse the ground, and start over.

Tracking system is completely worthless and the stations listed phone number is "being fixed" for over a month. Just two more reasons the USPS is a completely worthless system. A huge waste of tax money is sent to these lazy inefficient people. I wish I could give negative stars. UPDATE: Two years later and the contact phone number issue still isnt resolved. Really?

Horrible. I called about a GUARANTEED package that was supposed to be here 4 days ago. They didnt even notify me, and sent it back to the post office without any notification. I came in there to check and they cant tell me where it is, just that it is again out for delivery..... IT NEVER WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY.... no wonder you guys are poor.

One of the clerks messed up my mail so bad. It has been over 10 days and still have not received my mail yet. I could not catch all of my bills to let them know so I had to pay late fee on a few. I tried to keep track and pay them all, but I kind of count on the mail. Not anymore! Everything is going on line now!

My package was out for delivery yesterday never came and now its rerouted because the sorting department there cant figure things out. The mailman is great but others need to figure things out. People have packages with important things they NEED. This USPS location is horrible.

Rude and slow service. The staff stood in the back doorway, within view of customers, laughing at the long line, with only 2 clerks working the counters. Eventually one of them snorted and laughed hard and opened up a third window with a smug look on their face.

Apparently they are STILL fixing the phone lines.. Undoubtedly the most worthless FUKN federal employees Ive EVER seen and Ive seen A LOT. Now I have to get in my car and go down there JUST to ask a question. I gave it ONE cause I couldnt give it NONE!!

I would not recommend this post office to anyone. The clerk there who is an older male is always inappropirate to all guests and gives horrible customer service. I would rather travel the extra distance to use the postal services downtown.

They look miserable...... the lead service guy came out and grab tickets from people that need to pick up mail. So, that was nice, it cut the line in half. Im glad I didnt get the one female though, man she looked miserable as hell.

No one answers the phone at all to answer any questions. Sent to voicemail thats full, and then transfered to another attendant...but there are no attendants set up to be sent to, so the call just ends.
