Delivered my college diploma soaking wet. The portion of the package that says "Diploma--- Do not bend" looks like someone marinated it in water for 24 hours before delivering it to me. It literally soaked all the way through the cardboard envelope, the cardboard placed on either side of the diploma, and the diploma itself.
