Where do I start? The most recent problem is that I requested my mail to be held. I did it online and received a confirmation. Is my mail being held? I dont think so. The whole reason for holding my mail was because I sold my house. Luckily the new owner got a hold of me to tell me I had mail being delivered. And Im not just talking about junk mail, I am talking about a letter from United Healthcare, a water bill, and other important documents. Whats the point of requesting your mail to be held if the local post office is just going to ignore the request? Other issues: I was off one day sick and was sitting outside when the mail was being delivered. The courier drops a piece of mail on the ground. Instead of getting out of the mail truck to pick it up, he just drives off. Unbelievable!!! Once upon a time the Post Master lived across the street from me so I would file my complaints directly with him. However, the issues were so bad at this post office that he decided to leave. He took a bigger and better position to get this uncaring post office behind him. So if the former Post Master did not like where he was working, what does that tell you about the post office itself? Horrible. Beware if you live in North Fort Worth and Keller. I only listed two recent issues but I could write a book! I cannot wait until our mail can be delivered by UPS or FedEx because the USPS does not care about our mail and it shows. Victor A. Rivera, JD, MBA

Theres a good reason this post office is getting all these one star ratings. I found out the hard way today. Theyve lost my package and really dont seem to care. Keller is not my regular post office, but a package I was tracking was sent there by mistake nearly three days ago. After two days without an update, I drove over to the Keller location this morning to see if I could pick it up myself. It should have come as a big red flag that the gentleman in front of me was also looking for a missing package. His tracking showed that his package had been delivered, but he had not received it. They told him it was probably delivered to the wrong mailbox. The answer for me was no better. They searched their facility and told me my package is not there. Unfortunately, they have little idea where it might be or how to find it. It could have been sent back to the main facility. Or it could have been picked up by the Roanoke post office. They simply have no way of knowing. And they didnt seem particularly interested in finding out. I should just wait, I was told, and hope it turns up. I got the impression that they just wanted to get me out the door as quickly as possible so they could take care of the next person in line. That person, no doubt, had a missing package too. So here I am, with no package and no information.

Ive only been in Keller for about two months and already had an issue with this office. I was expecting an important envelope that contained a bill and other time sensitive things. I hadnt received it after it was sent about a month earlier, so I asked the sender if they had forgotten to send it. They were surprised and thankfully had a tracking number to see where it was. The tracking info said "arrived in Keller. Pick up at postal office specified on slip left at residence" or whatever. There was no slip. Thankfully when I went in to the Keller PO, the man at the counter was super friendly and received my envelope right away. He said he wasnt sure why the carrier didnt deliver it, since it definitely didnt need to be signed for. So basically, make sure you have tracking info on your packages if this is the post office that delivers your mail. Or else you may never receive whats being sent to you. Or just go with UPS when available.

I ship around 300 to 400 packages a week, exclusively with USPS, and deal with this post office on an almost daily basis. I happened across these reviews of the post office and would like to say that I think most of the reviewers are being overly critical of a business they know little about. While I agree that the first impression of the workers at the counter is less than friendly, once you are at their station, they are very helpful and friendly. While they are not always able to help you, they do try their best. They have limits to what they can do and what is in their control. Theirs is a high stress environment with strict goals they are required to meet. I am in contact with DHL, UPS and FedEx weekly as well and USPS is right up there with DHL & FedEx on service! And in my opinion, way surpasses UPS, who has caused nothing but headaches for me. So give them a break and try to be a little more understanding.

This place cant be a real USPS. Ive lived at the same address for 9 years and yet I still cant get my dang mail. REALLY!!! I call the postmaster several times a month, yes several times. I was last told to get a PO BOX on my own dime. I pay taxes for a reason and have a mailbox out front for a reason, to get MY MAIL. I receive mail for my neighbors next door, my neighbors 2-5 streets over even mail that goes cross town but ends up in my mailbox. I tell the driver NOT MINE, the driver that drives like a bat out of hell still works here after Ive complained numerous times about his driving. CRAZY!! The Keller post office needs a WHOLE NEW STAFF, and NEW sorting machines.

Our Business park has 12 large storage boxes and 32 small boxes for mail at my place of Business. They never try to put large packages into the large storage boxes . Then I am told tell you that they do not have a gate code ( gates close at 6 pm mail is outside of gates), and that the place of business was closed at 6:33PM so which is it?? I call and ask about getting the box they have no idea what time it will be at the business and if I want it during normal hours that I need to drive there and pick i up.. The worst , we tell our customers to NEVER USED USPS. Two day box that is now going on a week as they cannot even hold the box like they said they would. ..

Worst post office ever! I cant even count on getting my mail. If you have a package to be delivered, there is only about a 20% chance it will be delivered when it is supposed to. And forget about calling, they are useless and dont try to help. I get plenty of mail in my box for the wrong address. When asking once about why my package wasnt delivered they said, "It was a substitute mail person and he ran out of time. Maybe youll get it tomorrow." When I asked if I could come pick it up at the office, they said "There is no way to locate it with all the packages here." HORRIBLE!
