The Roanoke Post office is the exact opposite of the Keller Post office. The people working in Roanoke, are Very friendly and Knowledgeable. How can there be such a difference between the two? I really cant say enough good things about them. The Roanoke Post office is as good as it gets !!!

They do not print labels here. I came in on Wednesday around 10am, to ask if they were able to print a USPS label for me as I’ve had it done before. There were two employees that almost seemed to get joy out of telling me no. I didn’t like the way I was treated here at all.

Inside customer service is fine...but the delivery to the home in the Seventeen Lakes a Roanoke Subdivision is the worst. We get our neighbors mail and they get our mail. Also, packages are delayed for days when passed to them from FedEx...I give them a ZERO not a 1 star...

Love the front office people but road service stinks. Get my bills so late I have to pay fines. No suite number on my box, store is filthy, outside blue boxes are overflowing. All this means terrible management. Bernese here 20 years, never improved.
