So my boss was sending me money to do errands for her and she sent me a big chunk of her money. I also got this box because i thought it would be better than my apartment complex handeling my mail. I looked online and it arrived Thursday but two days later I was able to go get the mail due to being sick. I looked in my box and there was nothing. I went to the front desk and asked them to look in the back for me if there was anything there for me. And he automatically was rude to me and said no everything is up front there is nothing back there. I asked him politely "please just go check for me" and he rudely yelled no there is nothing back there! So I walked away. I then went to a UPS store to see if they had lost it in the dilivering process and they looked up the tracking number and everything and verified that it was delivered there and printed it off for me to take back to them as proof. He also told me that what they did was illegal and I should talk to a manager. So I went back up there and this time there was a black lady there and I politely asked to talk to a manager and she said there isnt one here and I asked why their is not a manager or supervisor on the premises during business hours and she said they were gone for the day. Now that didnt make since to me and I asked for their phone numbers and she wouldnt give it to me. Then she yeld at me that I better walk my white ass up on out of here before she called the cops and I asked why I wasnt doing anything wrong. And she screamed at me to leave and I said okay but I am coming back Monday morning and I hope your manager is here. So I left because I wasnt going to sit there and be discrimated against. Please people run away no one deserves this type of treatment. I am appalled at how I was treated here and Im not a racist at all but i experienced rasism here. Ive walked through bad parts of town before and have been treated better there. Compared to them my apartment has 5 star customer service. I spoke in a polite as possible tone the whole time because that is how I treat others I am asking a refund for the box Ive had less than 2 weeks and going to ups store. Heck my apartment complex handels mail better than this. The only reason I chose them was because they were $35 for 3 months and UPS was $75

Horrible customer service. I stood in line not knowing that there were 2 separate lines. One for postal mail and one for passport. So when I got to the front of the line I had to go back to the end of the line for passports! I waited and one guy and one lady was doing mail and one lady was doing passports. Then when it was time for the next passport customer to come she switched and said she has to take care of the mail line instead of us because her manager requested it. Mind you I had already been in the line for 20 minutes! And there were 2 people already in front of me! So I figured she would take a few mail outs and get back to us.. NO! As soon as the line would go down more people would come! So we literally stood her for a total of an hour! There are two other women walking around in regular clothes that wouldnt help . They were just standing behind the computers looking. Finally the line is GONE and one of the ladies that was just standing around looking (gold hair at top) finally asked if anyone needed to take a passport to line up to the back room. I mean this is something we could have gotten out the way that whole time she was standing there not doing anything productive when theres probably more than 10 people waiting to get a passport! This was a horrible experience. They arent concerned with peoples time? I came in at 11:35 and its literally 12:37 as Im typing this and my picture is just now being taken and cut

We needed a sealed verification packet for an expedited passport and Jodie is the employee there to do it, clerk #27. While waiting 30 minutes for her to return from lunch (3:30 to 4:00 p.m.), she slowly completed the paperwork, really at a snails pace. While doing the packet, my teenager asked her about the "verification letter" that her parents needed to sign stating we were her guardians. Jodie snapped "dont tell me how to do my job." Well, you guessed it, three days later we get a call from expedited passport business that our packet was missing an important document and was flagged as incomplete - the verification letter that we had asked about. You are completely at the mercy of this one postal employee (the only one in the office that does this paperwork) and she does it wrong with an arrogant attitude. This delayed our passport by 3 more business days and we came within 24 hours of missing a family trip to South America. Any other business that had incompetent, disinterested employees would institute change or have ramifications for bad work and attitude, but not the USPS. They almost encourage it. Our local office in Keller is good, really good, but this one in Arlington is to be avoided.

USPS in general is the worst option for any company, sender, and receiver! I will not order from a company that delivers by them, ever! Always opt for FedEx. My package was supposed to be delivered Saturday, but of course it didnt come til Monday but I had to run around town scavenging for my package when its their job to deliver it in a timely manner. "Out for Delivery" at 10:47, was not delivered until basically passed 6, and do you think the stupid carrier bothered to make delivered?! No! After running around town for 2 hrs after work I go to my front desk to see what was up and it just made it there like an hour ago. DONT EVER CALL bc you wont get an answer. Ive never experienced them being rude to me but I have seen one employee yell at a customer get out of my face youre wasting my time, but that was the one in Pantego. This one however, the woman was rude to everyone but not like the old bald guy with the glasses in Pantego.

I am only giving this post office a two star because there is a gentleman and lady that work at the counter that are very kind and friendly to everyone. I have never seen them be rude to anyone. Unfortunately customer service ends there. I have had a post office box there for less than a year and already have had 3 incidents. Two of those were reported to the 800 number since whenever I call the local number, it is always busy. I wonder if they take the phone off the hook beginning at 9am. I have had a post office box at other post offices and this one is by far the worse. I hate to go pay for another post office box at another post office since this one is very close to home, but if the mistakes and lack of customer service continue, I will be choosing a post office that is managed efficiently over convenience.
