Lantana TX shares a ZIP Code with Argyle TX. I sent a package 1st Class Mail with tracking and after a week, the tracking information shows "Out for Delivery ~ Argyle TX" and then "The package cannot be delivered as addressed". The package was addressed to a home in Lantana Texas NOT Argyle Texas ~ they share a ZIP but are two separate towns. They evidently dont remember they share a ZIP code or is this the new way that they steal packages with tracking? Calling is useless ~ they NEVER answer the phone. Either they are completely incompetent or they are damned thieves.

Everyone at this office is VERY helpful every time I go in but they are short handed which tends to lead to slow execution at times. These people that give 1 star reviews obviously havent lived here long or they might feel compassion towards the growth issue that was not planned for by anyone other than those who profit/ want to profit in town hall. See where our monies go? Not toward the postal service! P.s. "Lantana" is a subdivision which is in Argyle and Bartonville so, of course, it shares a zip.

Accepted a package from Ft Worth office in error that was intended for delivery to Waco, TX 76707 and when they realized the error they immediately... did nothing! They have held the package for an additional four days at this point. If they had simply rerouted it to the Ft Worth office I would have received it next day. Evidently that was not an option they considered.

Mail keeps getting sent back although the address is correct. Have called twice to complain and make sure they have the right residents listed. STILL NOT CORRECTED. Also, give up if you try to call. Apparently they havent paid their phone bill.

Brace yourself for the most curt, cutthroat customer service you could possibly imagine. Keep looking for their number as the one they provide Google is wrong and god forbid you have to deal with them!

I also believe they leave the phone off the hook. There is never anything, but a busy signal no matter what time of day you call. You have to be face to face to ask questions.

One of the worst post offices I have ever dealt with. Do not mail anything from their outside box. It takes FOREVER for something to be mailed from this office.
