Those of us that live nearby and visit the Lake Dallas post office are so incredibly lucky to have this caliber of postal service available to them. I simply cant say enough about the service provided by the staff. This team is always courteous, pleasant, helpful, professional, competent and seems genuinely pleased to be of service to everyone. If more than two people are in line for counter service, another postal employee comes out to assist. I can honestly say - and I visit the post office almost daily due to my business - I have never waited in line for more than a minute or two. Every customer is greeted with a smile and kind words. Services are performed efficiently and accurately - also with a smile and helpful guidance when needed. If ever there was a model for the US Postal Service to follow, this is it. Look no further. Thanks especially to Larry and Mark - always there and always willing to go the extra mile to provide prompt, courteous and complete service - cheerfully.

For the 3Rd time in less than a month, Ive received packages very late, or not at all. And when I speak to someone, the only excuse I get is, the receptacle was blocked. I am fed up with being lied to. This last time, I was at home all day waiting for a package. The mail truck came, I received the regular mail, but no package. I checked my tracking number, to find that it had been updated with, once again, receptacle blocked. My mailbox stands alone, no one, or nothing could block it. I have had it with the flat out laziness of the Lake Dallas postal workers. I pay for shipping! Do your job!

I have no problem with the actual people in the post office. However the carrier always comes at odd times... sometimes early or sometimes 6pm. I am constantly getting my neighbors packages and mail. My house # is 323 and Ill get mail or boxes for 305 or 330...not sure how those numbers could even be mistaken. But I am an honest nice person that does the right thing and takes then their mail... However not everyone is like that. Makes me wonder how much of our packages and letters have been kept or trashed by neighbors

I have never experienced such poor customer service anywhere. I filed a complaint with the USPS after arguing repeatedly with the post master about a package that was never delivered to my home. He was rude and hateful and wouldnt even consider the possibility that the package might have been delivered elsewhere by mistake. I honestly believe that either he or the carrier tok the package based on their reaction and multiple stories when I called. I also filed a police report.

I put 36 Christmas cards in the outside mailbox and NOT A SINGLE ONE WAS DELIVERED. I understand mail gets lost, but ALL 36 cards? There is no way that 36 pieces of mail did not all make it to their destination. This tells me that somebody emptied the outside mailbox and then did not deliver the mail that was inside. Are you kidding me? I have filed several complaints against this post office, they are simply abysmal.

Crazy as it is the former residents of the house I live in last name is the same as my middle name so every peice of mail that has my full name gets forward. Luckily we know the people but so I get the mail but how many dont. I have talked to the Postmaster 4 times about this and still nothing. I call it lazy or stupid not error.

The girl that works here is nice but the older gentleman is extremely rude. He always acts like Im a bother. I dread coming to this location and have instead been paying a few extra bucks to use the Pack n Mail down the street. The guys there are excellent! Makes the extra cost worth it.

Rude, passive aggressive man working the counter. He should not be working directly with customers. I felt very uncomfortable & upset after my visit. Then I scheduled a priority mail package pick up and my postmaster did NOT pick up my packages! HORRIBLE SERVICE and UNRELIABLE!!!!

Very rude male employees and definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any USPS location due to them. Female employees I have interacted with were very helpful and rather pleasant though. I am filing a complaint as well.

The nicest experience Ive had at a post office. Line moved quickly, gentleman informed me how to save a few bucks on the shipping, courteous the entire time and very expedient. Ill use this post office when Im in town.
