Kim at this post office is a terrible employee- know it all attitude. In 2016, we paid for Certified Mail to be delivered to the IRS and it was lost and to this day still not found nor updated. When the tracking showed it never arrived at the IRS, we contacted the Kennedale Post Office and got Kim. She indicated that something would be done to right the lost mail- wrong, she did nothing for us except for an attitude. We explained and resent mail, regular postage, to the IRS in the end because the USPS could not find the mail. Bad service and rip off- did not even offer to refund fee for the lost certified mail.

Postal worker, KIM, with terrible customer service. I had a very small box that needed to be taped up for mailing. It required no more than 6 in. Of tape but she refused to provide it, even though she had a tape gun right behind her. She said i could buy my own tape, which was an additional $5. So instead of doing the right thing and offering some help i had to drive all the way home and tape the box myself, then drive all the way back to the post office to finally mail it. I dont know how our government employees feel this was justified. Thanks Kim, keep up the great work.

I have always been treated like I was the most important person in the world. Another reason I drive all the way from South Arlington to use this facility is that I very seldom have to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes on line. I met the postmaster of this office once. He was equally courteous and very efficient.

I hate the employees here so rude do not care about customer needs I called about mail issues and she told me she needed to pick up another line and to call her back are you kidding me!!!! Making your customer feel less important!?!?
