The staff inside the post office is very nice and friendly, the delivery workers on the other hand seem to have no idea what theyre doing. Ive lived in Coppell almost a year now and whenever our regular postman is out, the substitutes are horrible. Like today, I have four very important packages to be delivered today. As of an hour ago, he has marked my packages as delivered, yet he hasnt even by my complex yet. I checked my mailbox, nothing. I went by the office, nothing. This isnt the first time hes done this. Same thing happened last week, only he didnt even bother trying to deliver my package. He just took it back to the post office for me to pick up. When I went to get it, I was told that he was "going to attempt delivery AGAIN tomorrow". He never attempted delivery the first time! The post office closes in 15 minutes, and Ive been trying to call for the past 30 and keep getting a busy signal. And they wonder why theyre bleeding money and losing business to UPS and FedEx...

Absolutely unprofessional. In trying to locate my mail, the representatives failed to assist me. My mail was supposed to be delivered 2-day priority on September 4,2015 and I have yet to receive my package as of September 15,2015. The tracking number shows that my package never left Copell USPS distribution center and nobody has a clue as to where it could be. According to "Libby" from the Coppell USPS on 450 S denton Tap Rd. there is no way for anyone to contact the distribution center. To my knowledge there are many ways to contact the center and she was very useless in assisting me with my issue (not to mention, I was on hold for 30 Minutes). The staff is not helpful, impolite with terrible attitudes. If I could choose which location my mail was delivered through, it would NEVER be Coppell AGAIN.

Supervisor super rude! Second time using this Post office and it will be my last! Workers are really rude and not friendly at all. I was scheduled for an appointment at 10:30 for passport application. I get there a few minutes early only to find out My name isnt on their appt list. When I called to make an app of the first time I was told they would have to call me back to make the appt Bc they misplaced the appt book. The day passed and no call back. So j called again in the afternoon and was able to book the appr. The lady that answered told me the earliest appt she was was for Friday 18th. The Supervisor I spoke to was unapologetic would not take responsibility for their mistake. Instead he insinuated it was my mistake and I "heard wrong". No people skills whatsoever.

If I could leave a lower score i would, i just called to check on a pick up time and the lady said i had to call the sorting facility, alright fine thats not a problem, but when i asked what the number was to call them, the lady that i was talking to got all snappy, gave me the number than hung up on me before i could ask to give it to me one more time cause i had to grab a pen real fast when she started telling me so i didnt get the first part of it. I have had horrible luck with all the Post Offices i have talked to regarding any thing. as i am writing this review i am on hold to talk to the sorting facility and i have been on hold for 10 minutes now. so like i said at the begging lower score would be given if available

The first time I called I was put on hold immediately for 1:02:36 ... after an hour I just hung up. My phone battery was almost dead. I went in person to make a passport appt, was treated rudely and like I was a child (fully grown adult here with a child of my own) ... I was able to make an earlier appt at another post office, so called to cancel my appt with them. The phone was answered and then hung up with no words exchanged. I called back right after, the phone was picked up, but it was silent. I said, "hello?" In about a minute someone said, "hello?" And I responded, "Hi, is this the Coppell post office?" - straight to the hold music. I apologize to the person who could have had my appt there...I tried.

This is the best PO around. Ive tried 5 others. Nearby Valley Ranch can not even open on time. This one is occasionally late a few minutes opening but they are ready to go when they open. If a line starts to form the clerk will call for assistance. No other station does this! I have seen all the counter windows in use with very long lines. Other locations would just stick to the 2 clerks. They were a big help, even had a 2nd person come up, when I needed international assistance. Clerks are generally friendly, never could I call on rude. Jackie is always helpful and smiling. They do have some delivery issues. Mail is delivered well after 4PM now, sometimes around 6PM.

My package has been sitting in Coppell since last Thursday...its now Tuesday and no updates since the 18th where it states delivery by the 21rst. I am only 15 miles away and who knows if it was stolen or forgotten, Im asuming the best way to locate it is to go back where I purchased it and let them light a fire under them and Ill stick to store gift cards that I can email for Christmas presents. If it ever gets to Lake Dallas I still have to worry about getting it delivered correctly since their employees dont know their numbers to get it in the right box since we have to deal with cluster boxes. TX surely gives new meaning to SNAIL MAIL!

Wow, I called for a passport appointment and who ever answered the phone just picked it up and layed it on the table. I stayed on the line for 35mins, at the same time i drove to the office and told them i was still on the phone they left, the guy strugged and told me the superviser is busy and doesnt have time to answer phone. Then i find out they are a month out for passport appointments! He could of just hung up on me and saved me the time. They wonder why post offices are loosing business, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This place is the worst. The mailman bent an item that said "Do not bend" on it, I guess thats why hes working as a damn mailman. I told them and they said to give them my number and they would get back to me, never did. Ebay said the item was too late to return and ended up costing me losts of money, I decided to return the item but these idiots once again took to long to return the item and I was denied my refund. Very bad post office, but nothing will happen because its a gov owned place...

UPS delivered to Coppell US Post Office. I received notice at5pm from UPS that USPOSurePost del to my front porch at 3:49pm. I checked my front porch and front yard at 5:05pm. No package. I was told to call local. USPO, which I did. Lady there said she would check and call me back same day. I did not receive that call. I am calling them back in the morning. ALWAYS poor service... I receive others mail a couple of times a month and other residents have received my mail.
